    My husband and I timed it and it was less than a minute from our cabin door to the door of the entrance into Haven. If I remember correctly, you have the same cabin as we did but on the starboard side.

    I caught that too when reading your post. My guess also is that no reservations have been made.

    So, in a nut shell, the only amenity that you receive in a Joy Suite is a larger cabin and the $20 DSF that comes along with it.

    Only on the Joy. This amenity was taken away in December without any notice to those of us that booked a suite.

    It is no longer per port. It has been per excursion for a while now.

    I cannot thank you enough for bringing this issue to the new GM's attention. Please also mention the priority embarkation that is not being acknowledged at the Manhattan terminal. Also, do you know if The Vibe sold out? Enjoy the rest of your sailing!

    Thank you very much for your post and information. Yes, as I mentioned, we want to pay both fees--the 5th person in our Haven cabin and the regular balcony cabin. Our cruise is not until March 2023 so I feel I have time on my side to get it to work.

    I do have it in writing in two different e-mail chains from VP Customer Relations (K. Byrd) that it is an included amenity with the Joy Suites. It is just so frustrating to me that this benefit is not being acknowledged at the Manhattan pier.

    Do you know if The Vibe was sold out on this sailing?

    However, there is supposed to be priority embarkation. For me, that will be the most useful benefit for our upcoming Joy cruise. I have e-mailed the VP guest relations e-mail address earlier this week and did get a reply back that these suites are most definitely entitled to priority embarkation. I promptly replied that has not been the case at the Manhattan terminal.

    Thank you. I do have someone helping me at NCL and they acknowledge we would be actually paying both the $783 (plus $140 DSC) for the additional 5th passenger plus $2264 (plus DSC) for the regular balcony cabin.
