There may have been a good reason not to be in a bow facing cabin 😉
If you suffer from the "motion of the ocean" you may want a different location
That said I believe inside the cabin is the same space as the other Concierge cabins
the balcony will be a bit deeper depending on the deck you are on ..lower deck -more room

Most cruise line will have the same shows across the fleet just different performers
same with menus they usually rotate the menu over a 7 or 14 day schedule
never been on MSC so not sure how they operate
If you do MSC & RCl or NCL then indeed the shows & food will be different
I would do the B 2B ..we have done that for those regions a couple of times but on 18 day cruises
YMMV
We have only been in the specialties later one time as the service was abominable
We had 6:30 seating & were still there at 8:30 pm no dessert yet
the room was getting busy by then
in the early years they used to have Veterans meetings as well as FOD & Friends of Bill in the Currents
Then they stopped this I think in the pas 5-6 yrs as every group out there wanted a special meeting
So now if you ask they will usually do it but not an automatic thing
I have seem meetings for Canadian cruisers British Cruisers Australian etc some Rotary groups
I better it was too much for them to schedule 😉

2019 did NYC to UK Via Canada
we had snow leaving Halifax then caught inbetween 2 storm systems in the Atlantic the ship was like a teeter totter
We missed NFLD
The outside decks were closed until we hit UK waters
Then in Cobh we were suppose to move to Dublin but the harbour was closed so 2 days in Cobh then we made a run for the English coast
fortunately or unfortunately the Pilot could not get on his pick up boat so he sailed to Falmouth where he was dropped off
A lot of people with colds/coughs by the end of the cruise
Different Countries write the date differently
since this board it not just for USA (surprise)
Best to write the month out for less confusion
Dec 12-23 2021
12-23 Dec 2021
I understand Zulu time so not a problem here 😉

We have been on the sister ships during rough seas they handled just fine
We were hit by a rogue wave between Grand Cayman & Columbia
Though we had hit a container it was such a bang .. someone in the smoking section on the pool deck said it came up & over the walking track above
Then again in the Irish sea it was force 9 but Insignia was fine
If you really want to do the cruise pay the deposit then see where you are on the list after final payment
but have a plan B in your pocket in case you do not clear the list
Many people love Transatlantic cruises & the Vista as mentioned is new so everyone wants on the new ship 😉
