Tender ports are the only ones with issues for non O tours
you go to the lounge early with your people in tow
Get your tender ticket & wait for the call they will sometimes let non tour pax on the same tender with the tour pax
Otherwise you just walk off when the doors open
I suspect part of the $1500 was you air credit that you declined before switching
so the true BIZ fare is approx $5000 r/t
That may also change when they get their contracts for 2024 with the airlines

Just let the agency know you are a shift worker & do not call just connect via emails
If you had a specific cabin booked I would be getting your TA to get it back
They should be on to Oceania & as you say offer the other people the OBC & get your cabin back for you
