  1. Your new booking takes a couple of days to populate in the MC App. Recheck it again today. If it’s not showing yet. Do your checkin on the website… in the cruise personalizer, right below the APP buttons area… says Try our web version on the website.
  2. You can do either, but I would try on the bracelet before buying. That one runs small. It is very pretty but you need to get the right size. They mail it to you with a holder and a lanyard. It comes about 10-14 days before sailing.
  3. Pre cruise if you purchased them online with a cc, they will refund back to the cc. It took about 7-10 days.
  4. No, not true! I’ve been on a lot of cruises since the restart and uploaded everything. They did not care. They wanted to see the original vax card and passport. I also uploaded my covid test. Nope, wanted to see that too, even with a QR code. So, clearly this is a rep who has not cruised. They really need more training. You could tell them to read the Princess website. It says bring all your documents with you to the port, so there are no issues. I was through the line in about 2 mins every time. You will not get delayed or denied boarding…that’s ridiculous!
  5. Is it leaving from San Pedro or Galveston? Those seem to be slow opening up. Sailing soon? Usually 59 days to 2 weeks before lately. Did you get the new App page? Just says Princess on the App. It was updated on Saturday. You may need to sign out and back in on the App.
  6. So, your issue is logging in to your account? On your devices, make sure to clear history and cache. Do any updates on the phone and the App. The weekend updates happened on Fri and Saturday. You should be able to get in. If you still can’t, I’d call PCL and have them check the website for your account. Once they get you in to the website, you should be able to get into the Princess App.
  7. That’s great. I wonder if they did a fix for everyone on the Princess App now, or just your individual record? Seems others reported this error also. Thanks for the feedback.
  8. Drop the middle name or initial for the App. Just use first and last name.
  9. If you’re Elite you still get free laundry. I assume that’s what you mean’t.

  12. Okay at least you have the correct version now, called Princess. As long as your personal information is correct and on the website, then I’d be happy.
  13. Okay. That’s good. You’re just trying to get the the first name correct? Is everything else correct on the website? How about your personal information on the Princess App? Your name is correct on that?
  14. You may need to update your phone. See if any updates are ready to be installed? Also, check the MedallionClass App and see if there is an update for you.

  16. I don’t think anyone in the MDR would be insulted. But, we usually wait until last day or two before tipping extra. Everyone is different. Up to your discretion. What ship? The one’s we’ve been on, the DOR has been so busy and stressed trying to seat everyone every 20 mins, we’ve only seen them going in and out the DR. The head waiter has had more time to check on guests. Sapphire?
  17. Sign out of the website and the App. Then, sign back in the App.
  18. Sign out and back in the App, you may see the new version. It was updated yesterday on a Saturday. It says Princess now and addresses you by first name. Included in this update you'll find simplified app navigation, a quick and easy sign up process, and improvements to Dine My Way along. unquote My iphone automatically updates and if it didn’t, I would update it, to keep up with whatever changes they may implement. It should also work more smoothly? Hopefully. I noticed the left side bar is now on the bottom. And the load circle goes faster in a circle. 😮
  19. Last year they said October, but it wasn’t until Jan 7th that it posted.
  20. 😂 Well it really is moving slower! Kind of you. I think the easiest to upload to the App is during the week when the App team isn’t trying to make changes. Even the website had issues of ups and downs tjis weekend. Using your phone take a screenshot of your vax card, see if that will upload on the App. Try your partners phone also. But, try it tmrw. Or, as suggested just show it at the port. All 8 cruises since the restart….I had to show the original vax card anyway. Not worth the worry.
  21. I understand. It should let you pick the pickup at port option. Where are you entering your address? I would hate to have you change it on the App. in the personal information. That might create a whole lot of trouble. I would call PCL first thing on Monday. 0600 PT. See if a PCL rep can select pick up at port for you. If not transfer to the Medallion App team to have them do it, instead of an email. Sometimes they don’t get back to you on an email request for weeks.
