states: they gave us transfer tickets. When we got outside, they told us where to catch the bus. We got on, no one wanted to collect or see our tickets. 🥴
I would ask your steward if he/she can exchange, or should you call RS.
Some stewards have preferred you to call RS, since it really their responsibility.
The last few cruises, they ask us to call RS.
But, yes, as others stated, NP for your exchanges.
The App is still not showing the loyalty status correctly for many guests, me included. I have reported it to IT a few times since the new App was released.
When they updated the new App to show our future cruises, it caused other issues for some of us. SMH
I would not worry about that or the completed cruises shown on the App.
Most important thing is that your account on the website is correct.
So the cover charge at the SD is subject to a service charge
of 18% on your check. Anyway, that’s how they word
it on the menu.
That really sounds like an increase in price to me. Clear as mud. Plus you don’t get a check anymore. It goes on your folio.

We arrived when the doors opened at 1000 am. Went inside, into the green lane, through security, to the Elite lounge, short wait, then OB.
Not bad. Probably a little shorter if you show up at 1100 or 1130.

Good question. It just appeared on my folio the next day.
I left it on, however, I did leave a tip at the table. Wish I had known about the tip ahead of time. They really made out on that double tip! Service was just okay.
I am sure you could call or see GS to remove IF it really is a gratuity and service was bad.

Yes. If their computers are working, you just walk up and they verify your reservation. You see the charge on your folio. If you prepay the SD, then you will see the 18% on your folio.
