NP. I’ve reported this to IT several times. Not sure if this was an error, or their intended version of the new App. It is a pain, when you have a lot of cruises to work on.

I guess we’ve figured out it is an IT issue. Ships that have been sailing in Australia are showing the AUD prices even months later, when they should be back in USD. Your itinerary has nothing to do with a sailing down under. I reported this a month ago. So, buy your SD on the old app or on the website for the correct price, if yours is affected.

No, do not register. That will cause you problems. The new App only shows your next cruise when you login. To see the next cruise, the Majestic, login using the booking number for that cruise.

They usually respond in about 7 days with a confirmation. If it’s sold out, maybe sooner. There are many threads on VT in the CC forums. Here’s one of the latest threads.

If you haven’t ordered it yet, then this is not a charge. That sounds like an accounting code. cad 27 would equal shipping 2 separate orders of medallions. You need to order it before 13 days. BTW, they usually ship them about 14 days before. You would receive them about 11 days before. Try ordering again on the old app or the new app. I doubt chat would have any idea. JMO

The high tea information: This was on the Enchanted last march. It was $20 pp with champagne and $10 without. You would have to check once OB to see if and when it will be offered. They usually have it on longer cruises, not sure about the 7 day, if that’s yours. It is a white glove service, with fancier pastries and sandwiches. It usually is held in the center of the piazza (circle), if the ship has one. Sometimes it could be held in a different venue. We’ve had it on the Royal class ships in the piazza, (circular seating in the middle) on the Regal and Royal.

$27? Did you order accessories? Is that CAD? It should be $10 total if you have standard fare. Package fare $0. Is this on the new or old App? They have had issues with charging the shipping $10 for those on beverage packages. If it does charge you, then ask for a credit once OB.

I just cancel an excursion if it is no longer wanted and it goes back on the credit card. Takes about a week to see it on the cc. That is if it is at least 3 days before sailing. I have only been given obc if we cancel once OB.

No arrival times any more. Go to your travel summary, just above the itinerary. You’ll see boarding times and sailing time. Arrive when it is best for you.

I’ve had the high tea or royal tea on Royal class ships. It will be posted in the app or the patter. White gloves, champagne and fancier desserts and sandwiches.

No, don’t book again. On the new App…click on top banner 2nd one “book dining”>click on calendar with a heart>upper right corner..that will dhow you every day every day what you have booked.

Several months before. They can’t seem to update some of these ships on the new App. Old App and website version of the App are correct.

IDK. Looks like OP may be on Royal and that comes from a TP Aust/Japan/Canada. So, yes they may have loaded AUD from April. Unreal! Mine is a different ship Majestic, which would have been in Australia several months prior also. Currency shouldn’t affect the prices months after it has sailed in an area. SMH

Are you on the new App? Since it was downloaded, some of the cruise dates showed these increases, such as Dec 2024. Yet, 2025 and 2026 cruises I have show, the current) $39 and $35. Just waiting to see, are these real increases or just more errors from IT? What date is your cruise? BTW, I went on the old App and the website version of the App and purchased the SD that I wanted on the current rates.
