  1. Don’t try to add or reregister, as it can create more problems. Do you have a cruise before this Sun cruise? The new App only shows your next cruise. All other cruises you have to login using the booking number for each one. If it is the next cruise, try logging in with your booking number on the new App.
  2. Do not worry about this. OB, they really won’t do anything, except maybe send a message to IT, which you have already done. Once OB, you probably will see it as being the correct loyalty.
  3. The important thing is that his account loyalty shows correctly on the website. The old App has gone from blue to black for me, as IT was working on the new App. Now, or when I checked last, the old App is blue and the new App is black. I purchased my Medallion Net with the discount on all my cruises while it was black. Lol So, if you really want it to be updated, you can send a message to IT to fix it.   4. This sometimes happens, if it is a new booking and you’ve just changed or added another cruise recently. It should correct itself, but not always. I would send a message to IT to correct this. Make sure to show your full names, DOB, and sailing date, booking number, etc for BOTH trips. askoceanmedallion@carnival.com Most important is that the website shows your cruises correctly.
  5. Yes you are notified “sometimes” if your bid was not accepted. I was notified 1 day before sailing, that mine was NOT accepted.
  6. You can’t. This was reported by several of us when the new app first came out. In order to see the rest of your cruises, you will need to log in with the booking number, one cruise at a time. Supposedly, they said no updates for a while. Too bad, the toggle between cruises was a nice feature on the old App.

  8. If it’s correct on the website, on your account…then you can call into the regular Princess line and press the option for ocean ready. IF you get an agent that knows how to send it to the IT department…that’s good. Or, send an email message to the IT department to correct it. askoceanmedallion@carnival.com Download the old app and the new app. See if one of them has the correct loyalty level. Mine differ.
  9. Check the old app and the new app. Is your loyalty level correct on either one? Sea witch will show the right color. Check the medallion Net or wifi to order. If it’s not showing 50% discount, then your level is wrong. Just make sure your level is correct on your website account. You can also call in and have an agent purchase the medallion net with your discount (if you get an agent who knows how), ask your TA/CVP to book it for you. Or, buy on the App once OB with your discount or at the OceanFront desk ir GS. Once OB, the App may show your 50% discount, so you just purchase it. No OBC involved.
  10. Yes, you do have to give them a printed copy of your ticket confirmation. Must show names, ticket numbers, flight and date information. I just print off my confirmation from Delta, as it shows all the information.
  11. If you buy it for the whole cruise. If you only buy 1 day wifi, it’s $30.
  12. No, not correct. From FLL, it is called EZ Check and your bags will be checked on your airline flight. (If that airline participates) Your bags will come in on your flight that you are on, not days later. Pick them up at baggage claim. Yes there is a fee for EZ Check. Last time I used it, it was $25. Plus, any baggage fees you may have to pay to check a bag normally. SEA Port Valet is free and the link was posted above by @capriccio.
  13. Only commercials I’ve seen lately have been on a Sat and Sun, recently, promoting the Port Canaveral sailings at the very end of the ad.
  14. The old one shows me as a blue, it was correct until I downloaded the new one. Then, the new one was correct. Go figure! Did you delete the new one for now?
  15. Don’t blame you. I downloaded both and use both. The new app is more accurate than the old one for my cruises and loyalty status. I prefer the new app, over the old one, except I miss the toggle to see all my cruises, without having to log in every time with a booking number! 😣 So, guess I’ll keep both right now. I hope your old app goes through your next cruise.

  17. Sounds like they aren’t going to update that either, seeing all our cruises, by toggling between them. At least, not for a while. Too bad. I use the old App to work on my other cruises as ling as it’s still available. Once they remove the old app, I’ll have to… log in with booking numbers to see or work on my future cruises.
  18. Yes, they should be the same. Just trying to see if there is any reason these bookings are only showing 2. Data is so screwed up. Why do you think the App would only show 2, when the website booking shows 3?

  20. Under your account, booked guests, does the booking number show 3? (not the App) You might also reach out to your TA for help. Good luck.
  21. Never heard of the App losing a person. You are unique. Just kidding. It is so frustrating. I assume your cruise personalizer, just looking at your bookings shows all 3 of you? Did you book the reservation as 3 in the beginning? Forget about the website version of the App, as we know that is wrong. I would also send a message to the IT department and ask them to fix your booking, as you’d like to work on it, in the App. customerrelations@princesscruises.com
