If you pick a fully refundable deposit, then you would not lose anything if you cancel before FP. They changed this a while ago.

Their sales are very similar to PCL sales too. Bigger reductions seem to come, if they are not full, with a lot of cabins still open. We book when it comes out and watch for price reductions. You have until FP to cancel if it did not go down enough for your likes. Just pick the non refundable deposit and you've lost nothing. If you have a CVP/TA they may check for you also.

Unbelievable! I tell them to get back to me immediately or call the CVP line and ask for a supervisor. Is your original cabin showing available? I hope this person was a real CVP and not a third party sales person.

IIRC, you had asked about her being a noshow as opposed to canceling the cruise. What did the TA say to do? I have always heard you have to cancel prior to the cruise, in order to get the port fees refunded. IDK know if this is correct. The TA/CVP should know.

We’ve only gotten a tiny vase with maybe 2-4 flowers each time at our UBD’s. Still nice, but not a big bouquet.

Since you are in isolation the last 5 days, that’s probably why they will give you the letter then, at the end of your isolation. I’d definitely ask for it the day before disembarking though. Does your medical paper show what they charged you? That should be on there and should be good. Insurance is going to want the amount you were charged.

I think it is widespread now. Tried to book 2025 Canada/Greenland just released for elites about 1/2 hour ago. Same thing, now an error response on every booking. What a shame. SMH
