  1. Has it worked for you? It has been, that you go to GS once OB and order them for your room. Now, I do see it listed onboard services on the cruise personalizer, but it doesn’t work for me. Maybe just another programming error, or their system is not working? IDK The OP could also call in and order or do through the TA/CVP to order them. If in a full suite, you probably will have flowers in the suite. Or, at least we did, but that was a while ago. Then, if not, you could contact GS, or your concierge, if your ship has one to place an order.
  2. Us too, and the crew knows what it is. What is it now, Princess Events or something? Patter is just chatter anyway.🤣
  3. I thought so too, until I went to book it. It shows you have an IA category that you paid for and the actual cabin is a balcony cabin. So, it sure looks like an error. It doesn’t do that on every deck, only a few decks.
  4. If you don’t see it on the App, just ask your cabin steward for a Patter every day. They will leave it on your bed at night or under tje door. Has all the activities and times every day.
  5. It lets you go to the booking page with the cabin and price. But, I didn’t try to purchase it either. No error messages.
  6. I found another one, 10 days, but you pick the cabin, even though it is a balcony, the fare is IA category, and the pic shows an interior. Don’t think they would honor it, but IDK. Let us know if you are able to do it.
  7. I’ll add, if you booked with a TA or CVP then call them to change the cabin, not PCL.
  8. Are you asking about Thanksgiving or Christmas? You may see some fall type decorations towards the end of your cruise in the buffet, but you’re too early for Christmas decorations.
  9. I would guess 3-4 weeks. Depends how many refunds are being processed. Your TA is checking on it, that’s good.
  10. And the cruise ships are very big money for the canal. They’ll get through.
  11. I’d put a deposit on it. Maybe it’s a one UG sale. I’d like to book it. Any hints?
  12. So, how is that simplifying things for guests, as Princess says? That’s really a shame.
  13. Good theory but…I have some that are 1 and 2 years ahead, Elite and still can’t do it, only 1 day at a time. Yes, you can ask at your MDR for the same table each night, we’ve done it every time after the restart. They put in in their computer system.
  14. It has been that way for quite a while. Some programming error a while back. It is a pain to do one day at a time, but I discovered a while ago, it works. Yes, I do check it every once in a while to make sure it’s still in there. It is. My cruises are all long ones too, and it is a PITA. Happy that SMWBO is joining you, she’ll keep you in line. 🤣
  15. So important these days, to have a CVP or TA. Although, some TA’s won’t get involved in every issue. @ISABELLA if you do have a TA or CVP, reach out to them for help.
  16. They really should not have eliminated the priority “check in”. That was a huge benefit in some of the ports. Now, all in the same line outside, just to get in the terminal, can cause huge wait times for certain ports. The priority boarding, once checked in, is still intact, as far as I know, thank goodness.
  17. If you didn’t visit the Internet Cafe or GS yet…try logout.com then Discovery.Princess.com Bathroom: definitely cabin steward should be told about it. Bistro: I’d let GS know or Hotel Mgr. Embarkation: There is no longer a separate Priority line for Suites/Elites that I know of. All same line to get inside terminal and then, Green/Blue/Gray. Some exceptions in overseas ports, like Southampton. However, there should an Elite/Suite lounge or holding area to board. Don’t you have a concierge on Discovery? They should handle these issues for you. Sorry to hear about this, hope it improves for you.
  18. I’ve only seen it sold by the bottle.
  19. We had the best time with him on a couple of CCL cruises. He is one of the funniest men I have ever met. Very blunt, though. 🤣
  20. I hope you get one to call back. When you called, was it an offshore person who answered, or in the US? That number used to go to someone who could help. I’m sure they have redirected it now. Good luck.
  21. I’ve not heard that at all. Just the opposite.
  22. I don’t think CS on the phone tree would have a clue. JMO You may need to speak with the DRO once OB the ship, who will work with the Head Chef. But, there are some really good suggestions from CC members on this thread:
