I just "redeemed" my "perk" and got this:
WARNING: Benefit requests are required to be made 4 weeks or more before the sail date, however, we will still endeavor to process this request in time for your cruise.
This is wrong on so many levels. First, was this four week thing ever mentioned earlier in the process? (I'm prepared to be told it was.) Second, after acknowledging the warning the app tells me that approval will be communicated within five business days. Five days, four weeks, whatever, right? Finally, I am in no way inside the four week window.
Idiocy.
