OK, I feel like an idiot. Where does my OBC show up? It's not under My Account>Rewards and Credits, which would seem to be the logical place.

Yes, I jumped on the Crown Grill as soon as I made final payment. I booked embarkation night and a second night in case we loved it.

For my next voyage the app shows the Crown Grill with no availability whatsoever on almost every night. Conversely, Sabatini's is wide open every evening. I've seen some posts that suggest that Sabatini's used to be very good but isn't any longer. What do recent diners have to say? Was it worth it? Is Sabatini's standardized across the fleet, or is it likely to vary by ship?

I just "redeemed" my "perk" and got this: WARNING: Benefit requests are required to be made 4 weeks or more before the sail date, however, we will still endeavor to process this request in time for your cruise. This is wrong on so many levels. First, was this four week thing ever mentioned earlier in the process? (I'm prepared to be told it was.) Second, after acknowledging the warning the app tells me that approval will be communicated within five business days. Five days, four weeks, whatever, right? Finally, I am in no way inside the four week window. Idiocy.

Some time back I was seeing repeated comments about the unreliability of Ocean Now. More recently, I don't recall having seen anything. If people have experience with this in the last couple of months, I'd love to hear about it. What should I expect?

My experience: Journey doesn't show any of my shore excursions (although they do show under Excursions). Ship Schedule has a handy "Download Port Guide" link for each port, none of which work. The app wants to charge me $10 for medallion delivery, despite my having booked the Plus package. The whole shoreside thing. (I used an Amex card with a 4 digit pin. The app only allows three digits but this got me through. I'm still going to delete the card later.)

I am unsure how to order my medallions. I have the plus package, so shipping is free, and have completed check in. My Order Summary shows a $10 shipping charge. · Option 1 – Will the shipping charge disappear if I hit Place Order? · Option 2 – Will I be charged and then refunded through OBC? · Option 3 – Will I be charged and then refunded to my credit card? · Option 4 – Should I clear my basket and start over? If so, I can’t figure out how.

If your flight is on time you'll be fine. If something goes wrong, what is your plan B?

How long after purchasing the Plus Package can I expect the $10 medallion shipping charge to disappear from my Order Summary? I assumed that if I emptied my cart and started over I would be all set, but there doesn't appear to be any way to empty the cart. Or does everyone get the $10 charge and then it's refunded on board?

I realize your plans are already made and I'm sure you have your reasons for flying. Others in your situation might find it less stressful to drive such a short distance. Depending on the length of one's cruise, it also may be cheaper to rent a car than pay for parking, since Florida doesn't have drop off charges.

If we ever meet up, the first round of Jägermeister and Fresca is on me.
