  1. Have you contacted Royal Caribbean directly about this? It's pretty unlikely they will see your post here.
  2. Lol "submit dishes/recipes" isn't exactly what I was talking about. I like being able to go in the kitchen whenever I want, using whatever ingredients I want, to make whatever I want. I'm not saying everyone has to want that. It's just something that I enjoy doing, and would not want to not be able to do it. No excuses here. Just stating a reason.
  3. This would be a show-stopper for me, not being able to cook anything for 9 months. I like the idea of all meals being made for me, but I would want the option to make something myself.
  4. They removed the every day items. That seems like a pretty significant change to many.
  5. What minimum wage are you referring to? The minimum wage in their home country, where they are likely to be spending their earnings?
  6. Seems a bit hypocritical that you are complaining this much about them yet you will continue to patronize them.
  7. When I saw "DIRE UPSETTING crew conditions", I was expecting to hear about rats in crew cabins, not internet access.
  8. I'm guessing you will no longer cruise with RC? That would be your best option if you don't like what they are doing.
  9. Agreed. It would get pricey. And as you've stated, I'm pretty sure that drink vouchers (and maybe even drink packages?) can not be used for room service drinks.
  10. That's not true. You can order drinks via room service.
  11. You can order them to be delivered via room service.
  12. It looks like it's the tables that are closer to the railings, with a better view of the steerage people down below.
  13. Does your cruise just make a port stop at PC, or are you embarking/disembarking at PC? It makes a difference when answering.
  14. I saw that, but they didn't say they can't afford to cruise.
  15. I'm also pretty sure that nobody here has suggested that they won't tip. (If I'm wrong on that, please let me know who suggested it.) Removing auto gratuities does not mean no tip. There's still the cash option.
  16. I'm pretty sure nobody here has suggested they can't afford to cruise.
  17. Could be. I know it looks like they enjoy it, but I think it's somewhat degrading for the waitstaff to do it.
  18. You can do 3 complete cruises for that amount:
  19. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'm not a fan of it either.
