We got the sesame deal. I just realized though that we’re March not Feb.

We're on Feb 2025 as well B2B with a 4 and 7 day. What dates do you have?

Coco Cay versus Labadee
Tree_skier replied to Annicruise2014's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I'd argue the Cabanas a little. I loved ours at Labadee... But you're definitely right about the food. Cococay was vastly superior. -
My suspicion is that that is possible but if you were caught I think you might be subject to having your package cancelled and on the hook for al a carte pricing.

Again, all I can say is that that is bizarre when viewed through my experience. Every time I have called on this, which was every cruise before diamond status, I have had no problem. The biggest challenge I received from an agent was "so your spouse doesn't drink" to which I responded correct. Usually I didn't even get this, they just place my order for one DBP and one RP. It would be a total shock to me to have to provide doctors notes or any other documentation. I have one to purchase for an upcoming cruise. If there was an ongoing sale I would I'd test it out again right now. When the Memorial Day sale pricing kicks in I'll book it and report back.

That's bizarre, I have done this on almost every cruise I have ever been on until we turned diamond and stopped buying the package.

Upcoming Sales Possible Dates?
Tree_skier replied to bayportkat's topic in Royal Caribbean International
What @firefly333 said is right. However, other major holidays will have a lower price on some things than what you see now. -
How insane is Coco Cay with 2 ships there?
Tree_skier replied to WrittenOnYourHeart's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I was there in March on a full Oasis with a full freedom on the same day. It was just fine. We had a really great time. -
We did all the usual tourist things you see in London as well. It was part of a 22 day trip that included Glasgow, Oslo, Aalesund (my Dad's hometown), Paris and Courseulles-sur-Mer (Normandy). It was a bit of a world wind tour. Included in that was a short Hurtigruten cruise that included the Gerainger Fjord.

We have cruised several times during that week or the week following. It tends to be more affordable and have few kids. the only down side is flight costs can be high on the inbound leg

They try... I had a lot of involvement back in the 90's and up until 2010 but they're all fighting a losing battle. What used to be confined to about two blocks on Hastings stretches much further now and has encroached right up into Chinatown. Chinatown sort of self polices and it has stopped there and the VPD keeps Gastown reasonable but anywhere outside of that along the Hasting corridor has gotten really bad. What was 2 blocks is now really a lot longer. I have very strong opinions on all this and why its happening and what needs to be done but this isn't the appropriate forum for that. I'm stopped along the Columbia river in Northern Oregon enjoying a beautiful sunset.

Only at a table not at a machine. I have done this on each of my last 4 cruises and not been charged anything.
