Another very interesting read @Selbourne. When we were on Britannia first week of June a customs man came on board and a lot of passengers including us gave him our receipts filled in a form with our name/ address and bank details and 2 weeks later we got the tax back on purchases we made in Norway into our bank account.

Currently 6 P&O cruises booked for the next 2 years. Although we are high loyalty on Princess (Elite) and Royal Caribbean (Diamond plus) P&O sailing from Southampton suits us. This is shoddy service Bethany especially when you are expected to Tip Tip hooray. I would tell the steward what you require not leave it to how he does it. Go to reception and tell them about the dirty duvet and how your precious son's bunk is not being serviced. Pleased to hear the rest of the cruise is great. Graham.

They only status match on your first MSC cruise. I used our Princess Elite loyalty in April and got MSC Diamond their top level as well as an extra 5% discount off our cruise. A free meal in their specialty steak restaurant was much appreciated plus cabin until 9am on departure morning.

Just been watching Below Deck Sailing Yacht on TV. I never watched any of the tennis. It is still 17°C and clear skies. Looking forward to the football season. I hope everyone is well.
