    Good afternoon. It is Father David's birthday celebration at church. We are early setting everything up.

    Usually I am 10-15 minutes early for my appointment then I get called about 15 minutes after my appointment time and the nurse does the reading straight away as soon as I sit down and it is always a lot higher than my home reading BP. Normally she does 2 or 3 readings.

    Thank you for today's daily reports Sandi. It is Sunshine and showers here this morning. 3 good days today. We have been to La Coruna. several times the last time was on September 8th 2022 when we were on Anthem of the seas. Prayers 🙏 for the safety of all on our care list. I hope everyone has a great day.

    Thank you @mrsgoggins. Pauline loved the fish and chips in the glass house on Azura in November as well as from menu 2 in Epicurean on Britannia first week in June. The nice comments from my friends on here this morning are appreciated. I think I got a bit defensive with some posts after posting my fish and chips photos from Lumley castle on Wednesday. Graham.

    Thank you @lindylooellalouise. We went into the cosy library bar which is open all day and you don't need to book. It has a very limited menu but the fish and chips are delicious.

    I find Pinot Grigio and even some Sauvignon blanc a bit acidic. When I can I will get a Marlborough New Zealand Sauvignon blanc although we have a bottle of Holy Snail Sauvignon blanc in Epicurean and Sindhu restaurants every night.

    I agree Michelle. We stayed overnight once in the castle and after a fantastic dinner it was amazing sitting next to the big open fire after dinner drinking Prosecco and chatting.

    The fish was white and all of the skin was removed and the batter was so nice I ate it all. If we like something the cost is irrelevant. Sadly on here I am now reluctant to post food photos anymore.

    My American and Canadian friends on HAL and Royal Caribbean forums love and appreciate food photos especially fish and chips and steaks. We eat regularly in nice restaurants in this country and abroad but are not snobs. It is the castle ambience at Lumley or Langley castle which makes them special and the food was delicious too.
