  1. Like all Canary Islands the promenade walk is nice and you posted some nice pictures. The shuttle bus parking is 10 minutes from the ship and well away from the main central shopping street approximately 1000 metres away which is inconvenient for disabled or mobility limited guests. Graham.
  2. Good morning. It was 32°F with ice on my car windscreen that I cleared at 7am when I took Pauline to work. Thank you for posting today's daily reports Sandi @StLouisCruisers enabling us to all contribute in our own way. April showers is synonymous with the UK so lots of 🌈 rainbow's will be seen. True quote. I prefer cod loin or cod in batter. I hope and pray everyone is safe and well. Graham.
  3. Nice selection of photos of Boston Sandi @StLouisCruisers.
  4. Me neither and I have sold Chocolate for over 35 years. It was 32°F with ice on my car windscreen at 7am but it is now sunny and 42°F at 09.03am. I hope everyone is safe and well and have a fantastic day.
  5. That is a fantastic view. 0°C with ice on my car windscreen I had to clear when I took Pauline to work this morning.
  6. Tenerife is a duty free port and several cruise lines home port there so you should be well stocked with supplies.
  7. You are in Lanzarote tomorrow Rich. This is where we docked on November 24th. The shuttle drops you off over 1000 metres from the centre of Arrecife. I'm enjoying reading your adventures.
  8. Thank you Sandi. Indeed the Canary Islands are a favourite of ours and we have 2 Canary Islands cruises with P&O booked. When we dock in Santa Cruz Tenerife we always go to Puerto de la Cruz for the day (pictured) Not sure what your itinerary is Rich but If you go to Lanzarote the capital Arrecife where we usually dock is disappointing and a 15 minutes taxi to Costa Teguise is better or a 25 minutes taxi to Puerto del Carmen. Gran Canaria is nice and the centre of Las Palmas is walking distance. La Palma is lovely. Madeira is further North but a beautiful port.
  9. Good afternoon. It is 6°C and sunny here. I remember when coronation Street started on 9th December 1960. As soon as it started my late mam said it was bed time for a 4 year old.☹️
  10. Thank you Sandi for today's daily reports. Thank you Vanessa for today's lists. Thank you Ann, Debbie and Dixie for the food and beverage information. We have been to Cherbourg France several times. Our first visit was on Harmony of the seas maiden voyage May 2016 where thousands of people waved us off when leaving. The photos are from Independence of the seas in May 2018. Cherbourg is on our next cruise. Best wishes to everyone. Graham.
  11. Today's Palm Sunday Sermon from our Father David. Graham. VID-20230402-WA0000.mp4
