  1. @Purdey16. Sending you our prayers 🙏 and best wishes for your dad's recovery.
  2. Good morning. It is raining heavily here at 09.50am. Our clocks go forward 1 hour at 2am Sunday. Thank you Sandi for introducing today's daily reports. Pecan and waffles are nice. Interesting quote. Today's food and wine sound nice. Best wishes to all Dailyites. I hope everyone has a nice day. Graham.
  3. I had previously seen my doctor with costo chrondritus pain and I felt okay and had took 3 full strength Aspirin but Pauline insisted so I drove the 3 miles to my doctor's surgery which is attached to our city hospital. I parked and went in to my doctor's and when I mentioned the unusual pain told me to go to ER a short walk away for ECG as there was no nurse available at the surgery to do an ECG. All of my tests (ECG, physical check)were good and the consultant said I was fine but when Pauline mentioned my mam's dad died of a heart attack aged 53 the consultant decided as a precaution to wait for the blood test result and it was the blood test that showed heart enzymes which was the heart attack marker and I was rushed to cardiac care. I had 1 cardiac stent fitted 2 days later during an angioplasty procedure and the surgeon said there appeared to be no heart damage probably due to taking the high dose aspirin and early diagnosis.
  4. What an awesome photo. They do look like angels and heavenly bodies. Pauline is psychic and has seen several mediums and things were said that would be impossible for someone else to know. Last August when we were staying in a hotel after being to Highclere castle (Downton abbey) at 5am a woman's voice woke me up saying Hello in my right ear. At the same time Pauline woke up and said a woman's voice said hello to her in her left ear and was amazed when I said the same thing happened to me.
  5. Sending you both our prayers 🙏 Dani that it is not multiple myeloma and your husband recovers quickly. Graham.
  6. Congratulations to your DH Gerry for receiving the Queen's Platinum Jubilee medal. A proud day for you both. Graham.
  7. Thank you for your kind words and good advice @bennybear. I will try to get Pauline to drive more to boost her driving skills. I'm sorry to hear your husband had been unwell and had to go to hospital on your vacation and you had to make a seven hour round trip drive on unfamiliar roads in the dark. I'm really happy that you had a great outcome. Your Aurora photos are amazing. Graham
  8. Thank you Maryann. In Europe the clocks go forward1 hour on the last Sunday of March. The clocks go back 1 hour on the last Sunday in October. Graham.
  9. We have had a takeaway Fish and chips in the car at the beach.
  10. Thank you Terry. I keep trying to encourage Pauline to drive more but she likes being chauffeured around. Paulines car is a small Renault Clio that we bought 20 years ago and she used to drive 3 miles to her late mam's house on Saturday and Sunday for several hours while I went to play golf and took my company car. My car has a rear camera and front and side sensors so I'm sure she would be fine driving it if she wanted. When we cruise Pauline sorts all my clothes and packs everything and I do the driving. Southampton is 315 miles from home and I stop for 10 minutes on the way to post on the daily. We always take snacks with us which I often eat while driving. I hope you are all well and Tana's helper is looking after her well. Graham.

  13. Good morning. It is 9.15am, sunny and 46°F here at the moment. A correction from yesterday my heart attack was 18th December 2019. Our clocks go forward 1 hour at 2am on Sunday morning so our nights will be lighter. Thank you Sandi @StLouisCruisers for setting up today's daily reports. Cheese steak is delicious. We like Pina Colada cocktail. A Bellini cocktail is nice and my late Italian grandmothers family name from Venice. I have sold Chocolate Raisins along with other chocolate and sugar confectionery for over 35 years. Personally I prefer chocolate Peanuts and Chocolate Brazil's. Interesting quote. I will wait on today's food and drink until our knowledgeable food and beverage ladies explain. Thank you in advance to Vanessa @JazzyV for supplying all of the daily lists. Wishing good health to all who are unwell and happy cruising to all of our mariner's. I hope everyone has a great day. Graham.
