DL has been self serve on my last couple of cruises.

I frequently move my chair but never to the point that I am blocking a walkway. I am usually moving it to get away from people and put my chair in a more private area. Yes, some people are unaware of their surroundings, some have no idea there is an exercise track, some people just don't care and some are clueless.

The business owner is doing everything he can to keep his business operating while still giving clients the services they pay for and expect. Not every business can work from home. We all expected more positive cases, just hope there aren't anymore. And hope everyone remains mild.

Boss had cleaners come in this weekend to do a deep clean of the building. Around 7 am I heard from 2 of my associates in my accounting dept. and they both tested positive and heard that 1 other girl in another dept. tested positive this weekend too. So far we are 8 out of 20 that work in the office. I have no idea about the others that work in other departments yet. 2 of the guys had covid a couple of weeks ago so I guess they will be running things We have an older woman that just finished chemo treatments last week. She wanted to come back to work today. She has been out for the last 3 months battling cancer. Boss told her to stay home until things calm down in the office. He also said we will be back to full masks at all times and if he finds anyone not wearing their mask they will be sent home with no pay. ' Everyone please stay safe. Seems like the fall wave is upon us. I have heard from several people that either they have covid or their family or friends have covid. Even though I feel much better than Thursday night and Friday I am still battling congestion and fatigue.

That is a very high fever. I hope she is getting medical attention since she has trouble breathing too. I hope she feels better soon. My SIL who is a charge nurse and has worked in ICU's with covid patients has avoided getting covid. This is my first round with it and thankful it is a mild one.

On perfect day @CocoCay Yes there are plenty of free lounge chairs with or without umbrellas. Oasis pool is free, Free buffet, free food at various snack shacks. Free tram ride. No need to spend anything on the island. Yes, if a royal caribbean excursion is cancelled due to bad weather you would receive refund.

Tonight was easy, I asked for soup and sandwich. He made me a nice turkey wrap with NE clam chowder (from a can) was delicious.

As far as us that we're positive end of last week, we are following cdc guidelines for 5 days of isolation/quarantine. If anyone else became ill or tested positive over the weekend or Monday morning then they will be off all week. This office is not able to completely shutdown and work from home. Everyone's attitude last week with all the coughing and sneezing was "oh well I guess I get it or I don't" boss suggested people mask up but Not one person put a mask on. We all figured we had been coughing all week why mask up on Thursday when the first positive person happened. I was told that in March 2020 when the world went into lockdown (remember I started here 2 months ago, beginning of august) they had staff working in each dept in the office. Only 2 or 3 people were allowed network access on a work laptop at home, others were temporarily laid off. The Sales and Install/Service Departments that come and go from the office had their own extra precautions. That is another 16 or 18 people. If they survived the worst part of covid, we will survive this too.

The full size table is nice to have, especially if you get room service for breakfast. We love eating on a balcony.

Every single person in the office was coughing and/or sneezing last week. First one tested positive Thursday then me and 3 others on Friday. Hopefully noone else but kinda doubt it with how everyone sounded last week. My Boss called today to see how I was feeling, he said he is going to ask everyone to test before coming to work tomorrow and if they don't have at home kits to buy and he will reimburse. I spoke with a neighbor over my fence today and she has a couple family members with covid now but everyone has cold like symptoms. So at least this strain is nothing like the original one.

Dinner looked amazing and ooh boy that chocolate cake looked scrumptious. We all love Lobster Bisque in our family but not Royals version.

Thank you. I do feel much better today. Thursday night and Friday were the worst of it with fever and chills. I broke my fever and now dealing with congestion and cough which is starting to break up. As of Friday I heard 5 out of 20 office staff had tested positive. I'm hoping everyone is on the mend. Based on our quarantine rules here in the US I will be permitted to return to work on Wednesday but will have to wear a mask for at least 5 days. I'll be happy to get out of quarantine as I'm going stir crazy with staying in the bedroom or back patio to avoid infecting Eric.

Love that view from bed😀 wish I had that view this week, next cruise is 12.04. I am feeling much better today. Last night I put from Vicks Vapor Rub on and I had a great night's sleep. I slept for 4 or 5 hrs straight instead of up and down coughing. I had a cup of coffee on my patio with the cats. Bit breezy but should be 69f sunny this afternoon. Glad you are having a great time!

I was keeping the cats out of my room until early this morning Sparky was crying at the door then when I opened to let him in he curled up with me for a couple of hours.

Sorry to hear about Melanie. Hopefully her husband remains mild. Everyone at work was coughing all week. I find out Monday if others tested positive this weekend. Curious, how did they work insurance in Halifax? Did you have a travel plan for medical?

I will go stir crazy if I have to quarantine for 10 days. I'm hoping I only have to do 5 days and can go back to work on Wednesday.

I still have taste and smell. Eric made a nice chicken stir fry tonight. I'm finding out he really does know how to cook. I'm back in my quarantine room for the night. He just took a test and still negative. Hopefully he stays negative.

I just woke up from a nice long nap on the lounge chair in the sun. The sun and fresh air felt soo good today. Time for more water.
