  1. You can upgrade to balcony at miminal cost. The freebie is for 2 passengers. Then both pay upgrade fare to balcony or whatever cabin you want. Avoid trade in, best to use for 7 night cruise. Call clubroyale number to book. You pay casino rate to upgrade not market rate.
  2. Yup I posted #20 with offerings both my DH and I have (same list) so we turn into b2bs when able.
  3. You must be onboard your prime annual cruise no later than 3.31.23. You can book now or book a week before but if not on s ship by 3.31.23 you lose that free cruise. You can upgrade cabin at casino rate too. Usually less than what is shown on royal website. Call the casino number to book.
  4. Exactly why we prefer to pick our cabin. Even though royal up is very tempting to go from our JS to a GS or higher I am leaning towards just be happy with what we booked. But then the little guy on other shoulder says go for it and submit a bid😁 I'll ask Eric's opinion tonight but he usually leaves it up to me as all he wants is a bed and a bathroom.
  5. Very sad to hear about this last night. Definitely had to be very scary for everyone. Seems as though the shooter was targeting cops since the 2 shot were located in area where their task force was set up. I haven't heard if they caught the shooter but thankful to hear both police officers were released from the hospital today. Is your Nephew a pyrotech?
  6. I heard from a family member at a picnic yesterday they paid $22.50 to have rapid test done at a pharmacy near their hotel in rome. The hotel clerk said it was much faster than standing in the long line at the train station or the airport. They stood there waiting for results and received paper within 20 minutes.
  7. I have seen some games cost around 0.75 cents to $2 where some of the newer computerized games can be as much as $5. I am not sure what the current prices for arcade on cruise planner credits are but sometimes they run specials onboard depending on crown and anchor status of the child.
  8. You can go to Royal FAQ page for their current testing requirements. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/will-i-have-to-take-a-test-before-i-cruise
  9. We have been on 4 cruises and experienced the same. Our January cruise with smoking temporarily banned and everyone had to mask up the casino was dead. they would start to clean up to close by 11 every night since it was so empty. I spoke with Casino Host and she said due to the masks and no smoking temp policy that all ships were experiencing very low casino play. Then boarded the same ship in March with no masks and smoking permitted and casino was packed and ship was sailing at 60% capacity.
  10. Absolutely love the Jewel and her sister Serenade. Love the itineraries for all 4 sailings but not sure I would want a stranger as a roomie. I would have to do at min. OV
  11. That is our problem. All current offerings are for sailings up thru December. We have one booked for August, September and beginning of December. May be able to squeeze one more in October or early November. Here is the list of our current offers from casino website (we both have same list and love to book them as b2b when possible):
  12. when you go to the clubroyaleoffers.com website and input your last name and crown & anchor number as rewards number do you at least see your annual free cruise listed?
  13. I saw that and am wondering the same.
  14. We had a mix of cans and bottled water on a b2b march/april on Anthem. Guess whatever the delivery trucks brings is what you get depending on the week.
  15. The line for children to be tested can be long if there are a lot of children on your particular sailing. Which I suspect Oasis will continue to have lots of children sailing this summer. Last week or two they had over 700 children onboard. If you have a 11 am check in, try to show up around 10:30 as you may be able to get right in and go to the testing station set up (I believe on the right hand side of the terminal). If you can get a 10 or 10:30 check in I would not show up any earlier than 10 am as last passengers from previous sailing are usually off no later than 9:15 or 9:30 and they want time to clean etc before new passengers board. cabins are usually ready between 1 and 2 pm.
  16. Try applying the balance of your FCC online by clicking this link: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/reservation/future-cruise-credit if that doesn't work. email mbayley@rccl.com and they will probably ask to do a private message to get your reservation information.
  17. the correct email address is mbayley@rccl.com (Not rcci). Give that a try.
  18. We have not yet accumulated points for 4.01.22 thru 3.31.23 casino year but have been prime members for at least 4 or 5 years now. We have 5 or 6 offers loaded when I visit clubroyaloffers website. New one added this morning for balcony on several sailings, Unfortunately none that we want.
  19. I stayed at that hotel before it is right near the MD science center. Nice hotel and great location to walk to stadium and walk around the harbor if you have time! If you have time tomorrow morning you can hop on the water taxi for a quick tour of the harbor. Re: Cape May It has been a while since we have been there but I remember these places all being great options: https://www.madbatter.com/ Always had good food and nice atmosphere. located in the historic Oceanfront Carroll Villa hotel https://thelobsterhouse.com/ Another favorite by many. Excellent menu with the freshest of fresh fish at the dock. https://www.mermaidscapemay.com/menu Nice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quincy's lobster roll is always a nice quick stop for a lobster roll.
  20. As others have said the cruise fare is usually the same as what you see royal's website but you can book with a $100 deposit instead of a $500 deposit and maybe some OBC. I wouldn't count on ships sailing to St Petersburg next summer. I think the ban on Russia will be around for quite a while. If unsure of what sailing you want to book while onboard you can sign up for the Book Later program thru nextcruise and just pay the $100 deposit pp then within a certain timeframe (I think it is 60-days for you decide on which cruise you want to apply towards).
