We spent a full week in London and still missed a lot of stuff. We spent a good 4+/- hrs at London and the rest of that day exploring that area by foot. Love their underground tube too! Venice is definitely on my bucket list but first we have to get to Norway since Eric has Viking blood in him. We had 2 trips to that region cancelled in 2020 2021.

Last night I called club royale, casino number, to cancel our Jan 18th sailing on Anthem. This is one during Yeshiva week. 😓 The first rep I had was telling me wrong info and when I asked for him to double check with his boss the call dropped. This was good as I called right back and get a rep that knew their stuff. Since that sailing was a casino offer that we upgraded to a JS we will get full refund for the upgrade fee. I then booked a sailing for March 3rd with new offer for free balcony. I am sad we are not doing the 11 night itinerary but will be happy to board Anthem before it leaves for Asia sailings, I think out of Singapore.

Your Dad is quite the gardener. I love enjoying fresh picked fruits and vegetables from a home garden. I was disappointed in my garden this year. Didn't produce as much as past years. Weather here was a mix of lots of rain and a lot of very hot humid days.

Giovanni's always put the sauce on the side and it is really good - you Must give it a try. I do like, on the side, the peppercorn sauce at Chops which I think the sauce in Giovanni's is very similar but better.

Yes, I love the risotto in Giovanni's too. I used to love the creamed spinach in Chops but it just isn't the same anymore. I do love the wedge salad in Chops but I do love the caprese in Giovanni's too.

Yes, he definitely was way too calm. The other tell was when he called Capt Sandy and said he never had his friend ship his credentials from home to the ship. You would have thought he would ask his friend immediately after the meeting to get that sent out expedited / overnight mail. I do like Luka and feel confident he will do well (as long as Capt Sandy doesn't micro-manage too much). I also think Natalya is doing a good job as "acting chief stew" but I have only watched ep. #1 so far.

Giovannis is our new favorite. Chops was our favorite but we have been disappointed with their sides recently and filet not as good as Giovannis.

I watched 1st episode of BD Med last night. What a mess with Ruan. All very suspicious with his certificate. Plus the others hired not there yet. Beautiful ship and look forward to the scenery.

I took Claritin allergy medicine when i had covid last October. It took a couple of months for my cough to disappear.

Ugghh! That's frustrating. I hope the correct model was delivered before your sail time.

I usually see folks with rollators or chairs get a luggage tag at the gate then are escorted to board the plane with the item. Once on the plane crew then take the item to be loaded on plane with the luggage then stewardess/flight attendant Has item retrieved and ready for you to exit the plane so you have it to walk to baggage claim area. Try that on your way home.
