  1. Keith, the fix worked. Our check in is now complete. Hopefully this fix helps others that are having the same problem . THANK YOU
  2. Good idea. Last March we stayed in Lisbon for three nights post cruise and really enjoyed it. There is a lot to see and do.
  3. Peribit, we flew out of Lisbon in March . My advice is give yourself plenty of time. The airport is very busy and chaotic. The biggest challenge was finding our airline. we flew AA and it is on the second level. Security was steady and without TSA was slow. Once thru , we found the Admirals club. Where I was able to have my last Portuguese tart. We are also on the first segment but will continue on.

  5. Yes, I can enter the additional information site and enter information.😁 However, whenI click save, nothing. well we made it this far. Let’s see what tomorrow brings. Thanks Again Kieth. Interesting that it takes a passenger to point out a possible cure for the problem to Crystal.
  6. Thanks Keith any idea who I should talk to about being wait listed on a tour because I couldn’t complete my log in last Friday. When we submitted he tour it said available,then we were wait listed.

  9. Yes still having the same problem. WHY does it have to be sooooo difficult to create an account? Fortunately ,for some reason we were able to make reservations without completing the log in process. Again, cannot complete the additional info segment. this delay has resulted in not getting a desired tour. Not very happy about this. Hopefully, this issue gets resolved soon for all that are still trying.

  11. Exactly what we have encountered. However, today we are able to make reservations for dining and tours for the first voyage. I called Crystal yesterday and was told that IT was working on this problem. we’ll see what happens.

  15. So, I was able to finally log in. However, a message came up saying that my documentation is incomplete. Started adding information required. Got to additional information required, at this point it would not open. just got off the phone with Crystal and was told that the site was having problems. And to try again tomorrow. Frustrating.
  16. I likewise cannot find a link to creating an account. Also, the site does not know what cruise you booked unless it has your info. Therefore, it necessitates setting up an account. Frustrating!

  20. Rick was the CD on the 2022 Grand Voyage.,Which became Serenity’s last cruise So it is only fitting hat he will be the CD on Serenity for the inaugural voyage . Happy Days
  21. We just finished 12 days on Silver Moon. And their inclusive wine program was wonderful. A list of inclusive wines was not available. However, if you ask your som and specify wines that you like , he/she will provide some suggestions. And I agree that if S.A.L.T is a dining choice, trying local wines can be a great experience.Especially when paired with local cuisine.
