  1. Funatabi, If your booked cruise is less than the EI , you will still have to pay the per person destination fees for that particular cruise. So there will be out of pocket expenses. As far as the EI program,I am very pleased with. Moneys I never expected 😁
  2. I haven’t yet. However, if I want cruise information, I know where to access it. The Crystal web site works for me.
  3. The grand voyages are on the crystal site . Easy to access
  4. While we were on Serenity in August, there was an opportunity to see a junior Crystal penthouse forward. It was a sea day with rough seas. If you are prone to motion sickness,I would not book it.
  5. For those that might be interested, the Crystal hotel pre cruise is the Sofitel.
  6. Keith, I definitely agree with your statement
  7. That was the 2018 WC. Both ships did the WC that year and they met in Sydney. we were on Symphony and it was a wonderful sail out. That was the 2018 WC when both ships did a different version of the WC and met in Sydney for a gala. We were on Symphony and it was a wonderful sail out.
  8. My impression is that if you fill out the information for each visa then Crystal will submit each visa in a timely manner. Therefore no need to worry about a tight window. Very glad that Crystal is doing this.
  9. However, Dolce Vitae is not Palm Court , Deck 5 for Dolce Vitae whereas Palm is deck 12 with a view.😁😁😁
  10. Tonight will be our 6th visit to Osteria . We have tried most dishes and just like Prego, over time we have found dishes that suite our palates. As an aside, Waterside does feature several of the former Prego dishes for those who need their Prego fix. My suggestion is keep to an open mind .
  11. Sorry, the above should be under the 2025 WC cancellations topic
  12. New policy, As of 9/14/23 any bookings of the full WC will be subject to a 10% penalty up to 181 days before sailing.
  13. Tripacian, ‘tis is most helpful. Thank You
  14. Finally Crystal is giving a reason for the cancellation policy change. According to the future cruise person on board Crystal changed policy when the individual segments of the WC were released. Have any of you who booked a segment on the 2025 WC experienced this? I.e a 10% cancellation fee up to 181 days. thanks

    Appears to be every cruise.
  16. Vince, I have been trying! Too no avail. I will talk to her today, again. Very frustrating
  17. Thanks to all for your replies. According to my very competent TA Crystal still insists on a 10% cancellation fee. No Explanation! I will again present my concerns to the representative on board. And see where this goes. Will this be a deal breaker? We’ll see. Currently on Serenity, Marseille to NY. Returning for 2024 WC. Booked 2024 Symphony and 2025 Serenity cruises. Love Crystal, but
  18. Can anyone that has booked the 2025 WC tell me what the cancellation fee is for up to 181days prior to departure. I am looking at this cruise and I have been told that it is 10% of cruise price. This seems high since The same fee for the 2024 WC was $250. Thanks
  19. Currently on Serenity, and today’s Reflections states hat the Bistro is open until 6pm .
  20. Just to be clear is the hotel the same for both cruise lines. thanks
  21. Cartagena 12 people the Alhambra 23
