I agree not sure what food that is either. I do like to learn about new things which is why this thread is so fun. So, I got off Oasis on Sunday and was less than impressed with how ship is being managed. Never got my bill in paper or email format. oh well. So, looks like Anthem is heading back to NJ which is where my last two cruises were. I leave on Sun to Ft Lauderdale where I will board Celebrity Equinox to the southern and eastern Caribbean to see St Lucia, Barbados and Antiqua. Last X ship I did was out of Southampton to the Canaries on Silhouette. I have been following the Rotterdam which is coming to USA on its 150-anniversary cruise. Don from You tube is on. Can't wait to get on the ship in Amsterdam next year to Norway for 14 days. After sailing on so many RCI ships, I am eager to return to HAL a bit more. toodles

interesting that they had to put it in a dome. I wish RCI would improve their selections of cookies and muffins and also have cranberry juice in the WJ. RCI ships seems to be rather boring at breakfast than they use to.

yea well guest services in my opinion left a lot to be desired on Oasis. All the other ships gave a paper copy and an email. Wonder, Symphony, Allure, Quantum, and Adventure. but NOPE not Oasis. A lot of things were off with this ship but at least they gave us the parade back and the captain did his chat. have a good rest of vacation. I board the Celebrity Equinox on Monday in Ft Lauderdale and I can not wait since I am tired of RCI now

yea I discovered that after posting. Some how I do not think sailing will go on sale to the public.

yes I think they may try to put so much on that it becomes a mess like the new Disney Wish that folks say makes no sense in layout. time will tell.

yes I found it. at least it is not near that bow which is what I thought you meant. seems like an odd place for a lot of water that could leak into the ship. Me thinks this ship might just be a bit odd once we hear about her.

and removed the aqua show which I think is a good idea since weather can cancel shows. There will be 6 Oasis ships eventually which is plenty of shows

well I got my bill for 5 other RCI cruises this year, Oasis is in my opinion a bit mismanaged in few departments like maintenance for one.. We had two wonky elevators that would stay lite no matter what floor they were on.

well on Oasis in upper level, the chairs (not lungers) were tied down to the railing. I do agree with you that movement of chairs that block others is bad idea

oh yes NCL Bliss and Escape have wonderful Thermal SPA. I could not agree more. Neither RCI or older CCL or HAL have SPA area like Newer NCL. I would like to see new MardiGras though.

I saw that and they had a section in ice show as well. I would have told the lady she was rude to interrupt me. Wonder what the officer thought? Hoping the new cast of the Aqua show is just as good as last weeks

yes last week the were rather X rated in the Blaze club. HELP if you get a chance to go by Guest services, would you be as kind to let them know that not only did I not get paper copy of my bill but nothing in my emails. 11636 was my room. NEVER ever had this happen. In fact Oasis needs to have Miami mgmt come on board and review with lower and middle mgrs how things are not going as well as other Oasis class ships. Did they even update the "Meet the officers" sheet yet?? thanks I watched the ship dock in PC today on PTZ

i just got off the ship on Sunday and I found the qty and variety of cookies and muffins to be boring and not like it used to be

and the food is supposedly healthy too

I agree. I would rather pay for an inside room and then eat in specialty restaurants and still have a lot of money left over. Just do not get the Haven status symbol thingy. Besides front of ship can be windy. New Carnival ships have their fancy aand expensive areas in the aft where there is less wind

aw yes but then they say the food and entertainment on MSC is not as good. I will try an MSC ship one day as I hear they are really pretty inside. BTW new Carnival ships are expensive as well. They have tier pricing of the rooms.
