  1. How did you know they weren't staying in a suite?
  2. Prices for what? Most people come to the Suite Lounge for the free stuff. Drink prices would be the same as any other bar if you were to actually pay anything there AFAIK.
  3. You're welcome. I like to give back because I've learned so much here. Incessantly refreshing this forum also helps pass the time when you have 34 days til your next cruise and are anxiously awaiting GTY assignments to become official and RoyalUp bids to be accepted/rejected. 🤣
  4. On Harmony last week, it was empty during the day. Certainly people there but not overly crowded during happy hour.
  5. Check the other thread you started. You question was answered.
  6. You get either one free day (24 hrs) of surf or you can apply the value of that one day ($25.99 or so) towards a package onboard.
  7. Sorry, I have not. We used Walgreens last month and plan to do so again. It would take something unexpected for us to have to use the backup plan.
  8. This is our current backup plan to Walgreens for next month.
  9. My 8 and 12 year-old nieces made great use of their Diamond drinks to order virgin daiquiris and pina coladas on Harmony last week. I took the 12 year-old to get a drink (and a real one for myself) several times...then I was stuck tipping for her. 😠🤣 I was trying to be a good uncle at least.
  10. I’ve never seen a spread like in that picture but once, and only once, I had lobster in the WJ. Not sure if there were too many left over from the MDR and they needed to get rid of them or what, but they had hot tails, sliced in half length-wise, that they kept bringing out in trays as part of a seafood night the night after 2nd formal night. Can’t remember how many half-tails I had but it was a lot.
  11. Forgot to answer about the beers… Mostly American, Corona, Heineken, maybe a couple others like Stella. Between my Diamond drinks, happy hour, & not being a huge drinker, I wasn’t drinking much beer.
  12. Was on Harmony in a Grand Suite last week. Yes, beer & wine (also hard seltzer) from 11-11.
  13. Thanks for the opinions. We’ll try it regardless since we may never see a Giovanni’s Table again & it has always been our favorite on other ships. Hopefully we’ll have a better experience. If not, we were warned. Definitely trying Playmakers as it will be the first one we’ve seen.
  14. Like I needed another reason to be excited about Wonder coming to PC? 😍
  15. I popped in on day one last week while exploring with my 12 year-old niece (she was bored and I like to check out all the free food available)... I tried something they called a burrito (all I tasted was chicken, cheese, and rice)... maybe half a step above taco bell... don't think I ever went back. I'll sail whatever Oasis-class ship is in PC, obviously looking forward to Wonder, but I won't miss Harmony.
  16. I remember having breakfast at Wipeout Cafe when Oasis was in PC. Wish Harmony had El Loco Fresh. Anything has to be better than Mini Bites.
  17. What was not good about it? Haven't been on a ship with Giovanni's Table in a long time and plan to eat there on Indy next month.
  18. We got the idea from someone else who had been on Harmony just before us, but closest thing to foraging we did was bring bananas from WJ to the suite deck bartender for him to add to drinks.
  19. Understood. That said, while I eat almost solely in the free venues, I've been taking full advantage long before covid.
  20. I believe I've read of this talent before. I asked the guy on Harmony last week to make me a spicy sauce. The way he responded with "ooooh, you like spicy?" kinda scared me, lol, but it was delicious and not crazy hot.
