I am not a dancer so I will not dance around the obvious. We have all seen kids (and adults) that are totally out of control while on Cruise ships. Parents are no where to be found. Someone above said it best; that's an earned privilege that comes with consequences when the rules are not followed accordingly. Trust me I also remember very well my early years when kids were still being kids.. Let them totally enjoy themselves but just don't forget they came with you and not alone.

If you really must cruise at this time I would send a note to the Virtual Professor to see if they would kindly excuse you from the specified week and allow you to make up the work and submit the assignment when you return. Or as someone said above, call Carnival and reschedule.

Have had no issue with this promotion. We had to wait about 10 minutes between drink orders. When they get to know you it's pretty easy as they check on you often.

Someone mentioned this above but water is the number one beverage of choice. I actually carry liquid lemon and lime packets to enhance my water flavor. I never cared for the taste of any diet drinks because of the horrible aftertaste of the artificial sweeteners. A small amount of natural raw honey in the water will also do the trick.

Absolutely agree; just don't forget that we still are the parents/grandparents and rules still apply!

Through it all and at he end of the day we are going to continue to practice "Patience and Understanding" while Carnival figures it all out!

The Boosters should be good for all Cruises; no matter where they sail. The more important point is the kids are finally getting the deserved protection.

Your dollars Your choice! I am always just glad to be on a Cruise Ship and I don't get caught up in staying in a specific location. Just enjoy the voyage!

We have to be patient with the cruise terminal staff as they are also getting back to the art of passenger cruising. That's right I said "Art" because it takes years to perfect the "Patience" that is now needed to Cruise.

We sometimes forget that the best part about the whole adventure is that "We are on a Boat" They could walk me through a cattle barn as long as I am boarding that Carnival Ship. Love the moment and not the misery!

The Ship will not leave until every paid passenger is on board! Hoe they enjoy the Cruise.

Totally understand your point. Do we honestly think that they are not aware of Cruise Critic? This is especially good because there is no charge for the live and truthful commentary. If I was a Board member I would have one or two individuals appointed to monitor the site and report back. Even if the truth does hurt they all need to be open to hearing it once in a while.

While we are talking about the Mardi Gras does anyone have suggestions for a good Park, Stay, Cruise option Hotel close to the Terminal? I know it's probably in a forum but I wanted very recent and possibly first hand knowledge/recommendations.

Why do we think that those soon to be Trillionaires didn't have issues with their Amazon, Tesla, etc. companies? It's called "re-growing pains" and trying to get back to "whatever normal is going to look like" moving forward! Same thing with the Medical and Dental Industries; they are desperately seeking assistants and technicians. I still say let's be thankful for Cruising resuming as we could be waiting another two more years to get back on the waters?
