  1. Wow, you and your wonderful family handled this situation so wonderfully. Kudos to all of you! So nice to read about such a nice family.
  2. Sorry about the luggage, but happy you are back to posting!
  3. Exactly this, if the big Oasis class ships can be ready by 1:10, ao can NCL. But even more important.., I can't believe the number of people chiming that it is not that big of a deal to not have a.clean room??? Seriously, if someone else's toenails and body hairs and what other filth left in the bathroom , that is cause to immediately bring those issues to the head of housekeeping. You aren't camping, you are traveling some luxurious accommodations
  4. I love this story. we had the same thing with Snoopy. we finally got a backup Snoopy and eventually we just called them his "Guys ". always had tuck in older guy first, then the newer guy. (one tag was more worn than the other). Loving ❤️ the review. have a safetrip!
  5. Wow, just wow on these pictures!!! My dream is to see Alaska, but now I may prefer Banff and Canadian Rockies! This report is terrific.
  6. 1. I do expect.the room and bathroom to be cleaned AFTER the previous guest leaves. 2. So rooms are not ready on embarkation until after 3pm and as late as5 pm or after? Isn't the average available time on other cruise lines around 1 - 2 pm? 3pm -5pm seems kinda of late to be able access the room I paid for, some rooms are quite a bit money. 3. I don't expect 2 services a day, BUT, I do expect once a day, just a quick sweep thru./ wipe down. Pick up dirty towels empty trash, straighten the bed. 4. I do expect clean towels EVERY day. I'm ok if the attendant leaves extra clean towels for me. 5. I pick up after myself, a room attendant does not have to put my personal stuff away. I don't think the list above is not ⁶asking too much from a steward.
  7. Great well rounded review! Thank you for posting.
  8. Love your reviews. My husband is a model railroader (n gage with dreams of garden scale) and our family are big railroad enthusiasts! I remember reading in one of your reviews about you having a railroad magazine with you. that made me chuckle as my husband always has a railroad magazine with him. He has boxes of magazines from more than 30 years, that my father in-law had for years. Great job on the review and loving all the RR info. Keep up the good work!
  9. @Lionesss I haven't posted in here before, but my mom and Step-dad live in Cortland, not far from you. Their power is out until Wed. Do you have an update on Vienna? Hopefully soon for everyone.
  10. And is the investigation going to find out if the person can join the tribe cruise!!!!
  11. You are both fantastic writers. Can't wait to read all about the shenanigans!
  12. I believe the poster was referring to booking the restaurant not booking the cruise.
