  1. You must present documentation at the pier with sufficient coverage purchased that has a minimum of (a) $25,000 per person in medical expense coverage and (b) $50,000 coverage for emergency medical evacuation, both with no COVID-19 exclusions. The insurance policy must name the guest as the policyholder or beneficiary. Guests must bring a printed version of the insurance policy, showing the name of each of the covered guest(s) and a description of the coverage in the policy. This documentation will be reviewed by staff at the terminal prior to boarding. Without it, guests will be denied boarding. Hope this helps. Bret
  2. Yes. The Brooklyn Cruise Terminal is correct.
  3. Yes, currently under 12 can sail unvaccinated. That is subject to change at any time.
  4. This is the one offered with the promotion. No streaming. INTERNET ACCESS FOR 2 DEVICES. FEATURES: BROWSE THE WEB; SEND AND RECEIVE EMAILS AND IMAGES; CHAT ON MESSENGER APPS (E.G. WHATSAPP). NO VIDEO. DURATION: ENTIRE CRUISE. DATA LIMIT: UNLIMITED. When you first log in onboard, it gives you the option to upgrade to the "Browse & Stream" which is what she would need. Don't know the cost. 5. Just in case you haven't seen this paragraph (though you probably have): Tests must be taken with an accredited test provider, such as a drugstore chain, diagnostic lab, or accredited at-home telehealth provider. Guests will be required to show their negative test results upon arriving at the pier. The results can be printed out or can be presented on your phone, such as the email result from your test provider. Test results will need to clearly show the type of test (Antigen, RT-PCR, or NAAT), testing location/provider’s name, a negative result, the guest’s name, and the date and time the test was taken. I guess the question is are they accredited and can whatever test result they send you to print out contain all the required elements. I don't have a definite answer either. Oh and part of the above recently changed. Results on the phone are no longer accepted. It must be printed out. Bret
  6. Notice Sent to TA's: June 01, 2022 10:55am EDT Our Customer Service phone lines are temporarily unavailable..... It just goes on to say use the online portal which is still working fine. Bret
  7. Yes, they do have tempura and teriyaki in the Galaxy restaurant. And $75 per person is a bargain for what you get and compared to onboard prices. I would definitely go for it.
  8. As a TA, i suggest you get a new one. They have no idea what they are talking about.
  9. That certainly brought back memories of the cruise director. 😄
  10. Yes to the coffee on the buffet. And no, once you log in with a device, that is your one device. It is not an "at a time" plan. Bret
  11. I would definitely use this link instead of the app and click the Enter Booking Number tab. The app is glitchy. https://www.msccruisesusa.com/manage-booking/web-check-in Reminder that the security photo and credit card info is not a requirement to complete check in. Bret
  12. Yes, that change is correct. Effective with cruises from this past weekend, vaccinated guests only have to be 12 years of age or older. One other change that may be overlooked is that test results now have to be printed. No longer accepting those results electronicaly. I'm sure they are currently making exceptions but as time goes on... Hope this helps. Bret
