Yes that is the installed price that includes materials and labor. I’m sure if I was more of a DYI guy and not afraid of heights I could do it myself.

They have a 5 year warranty and should last 15 years plus. I’m sure cleaning them could be done with a pressure washer but since they sit on the underside of the soffit I don’t think they would get too dirty.

Im going to ask our HOA about it. My neighbor across the street just put this system in. I don’t know if we even got permission. When I asked about it with the company spokesperson they said most people can get around it by saying it is accent and security lighting.

So now that we canceled our Beyond sailing we are thinking of taking that money and putting it into some permanent outdoor house lighting not only for Christmas but all year round. It’s from a company called Jellyfish Lighting. It’s all LED programmable and just about every color imaginable. Hers a video. What do you think? It’s not cheap around $3800 but it’s cheaper than what we would spend on our cruise. Either do something like this or just save the money for another cruise. Thoughts?

I understand stand everyone’s obsession with Buffalo Trace it is good bourbon, but there are so many readily available bourbons that are just as good if not better and some even cheaper. Look for Four Roses Single Barrel, Makers Mark Cask Strength, Eagle Rare, EH Taylor Small Batch, and many more. Knee is doing pretty good but I’m having a little more pain as I’m weaning myself off the Tramadol which is an opioid. Yes Linda is ready to get her shoulder surgery done. Thanks Bonnie. I did pretty well until the middle of the night. I had a lot of pain so I ended up taking a Tramadol. Trying to only use it at night. Tylenol is other other relief.

My first night out after 5 weeks from knee replacement surgery and without pain meds though I may regret tomorrow. Sipin’ Santa Pop up Bar by Tiki expert Beachbum Berry which these are nationwide. Held at the Reiger Whiskey Distillery in Kansas City. Great tiki cocktails. Even met my hero ! of course I had to get a photo. Me and my longtime friend and coworker reporter Micheal Mahoney. They even had mugs and glasses for sale . I had to get a couple of the Santa Tiki Mugs. A great time spending time with people I love. The knee held up pretty good but ask me that in the morning.
