  1. It’s not fully functional here in the US, either, at least according to my extremely frustrated TA!
  2. The Panama Canal cruise that my TA has been trying to book for almost a month has been showing on my account as an “offer” with my desired cabin number of 7093. it’s still showing as an offer, but cabin number 7008, a cabin I would never book.
  3. I would go the certified letter route if you don’t have a TA to cancel for you. Unless you can get through by phone with an immediate email confirmation, the letter might be your best bet. And truly sorry about your wife. Betsey

  5. Yes, but some of their contracts are really long.
  6. Those tables are adjustable. There is a lever underneath that allows you to raise or lower it.
  7. Ok, while we’re worrying about beer and gin and sprouts, etc, I’ve also noticed that they seem to have dropped the assistant cabin steward positions, putting a lot of extra burden on the cabin stewards. THAT is a very visible cost cutting measure and I really feel for the housekeeping staff.

  9. I absolutely don’t want them to fail and I am not canceling my one upcoming confirmed booking. That said, my TA has been trying without success to confirm another booking for 2 weeks, so I have decided not to book any more cruises until everything has been sorted out.
  10. I’m not a vegetarian, but I don’t eat red meat or pork. When I sign up for a Chef’s Table, I always mention this and they have always accommodated me.

  12. Yep, and my booked cruise and my on hold cruise reappeared too.
  13. And now they have shut down their booking function, citing technical difficulties.
  14. I have missing OBC too, but that should be easily fixed as I have a hard copy of the original invoice that states all of that. I AM a little concerned that I will have trouble applying a $600 refer and receive credit to my final payment in June. I guess time will tell.

  16. I have not gotten any response and now both my future booked cruise and my on hold cruise have disappeared from my account. I just submitted another form.
  17. Azamara does have the square footage of the cabins, just not the dimensions
  18. Just heard from my TA again, who has been trying to complete a booking for the past four days. He gave up on being on hold and tried the call back option yesterday. That didn’t work either - no call back as of this morning. I’ve given up worrying about my free nights and loyalty level mistakes, as well as the OBC error in my upcoming booked cruise, but this is getting ridiculous.
