After 10 days Playstudios gave up on MSC and refunded my points. I've had about 50% fail rate with MyVegas rewards in five years.

Now the MSC discounts are gone from Playstudios.

I booked one of the "free" cruises and they did charge the $20/day administration fee plus standard taxes. So $267 while online shows $1625 without drinks, plus gratuities due on both. It was a 40 minute phone call, no single supplement, yes free drinks in the casino. I declined the free at sea promos with an upcharge so only took 75 minutes of internet and $50 credit per excursion. I also submitted the shareholder form online from which they added my OBC in three days.

I filled out the emailed form 6 days ago and haven't received a response other than the web site confirmation. The terms stated 3 days at which point I contacted MSC and Playstudios with only their auto replies so far.

I average losing nearly a pound a day onboard. I figure it's a combination of taking many more steps plus eating fish every day since I don't have to prepare it.

My last two cruises I had a second passenger no show. Royal Caribbean automatically refunded the taxes in two days. MSC required me to request the same type refund and processed it in two months. MSC will match your diamond status to their gold. As an American, I do prefer MSC more international clientele.

My Mariner trip this year was the worst staffed cruise I've ever been on. They were inexperienced across the board and it showed.

I would pick ABC for the experience while sending the kids to CoCo to enjoy it even more.

Before cruising last week I received an RC email to park in a certain garage of theirs at the port. I did and the shuttle took us to the terminal. It was $15/day without being charged extra for the exit. They accepted cash. The pay before you get back to your car machines were on. All of those mentions were different than Canaveral and Miami this year.
