  1. The Azura A623A for 11th June 2026-25th June 2026. The Itinerary on this one looks really good only 3 sea days. The price flying from Glasgow with standard balcony coming to £5,454.00. And even a sea view standard at £4,626.00. Still to factor in drinks, specialty restaurants and trips cost. Will keep an eye on this one but will not hold my breath as airport of choice is Glasgow for flight.
  2. 53 days out and managed to book Restaurants and pay except The Beach house. Thanks @daiB for the heads up it’s now 120 days out.
  3. If I was being fussy the only issue for me for Britannia is the lack of the Promonade Deck. Booked for February 2025 for the Caribbean and booked because of the Itinary this time. I always go with an open mind. Everyone experience is different. Have been on Arvia which I liked. And on Iona on June 2025.
  4. I would not be worried I booked drink package on a previous cruise that I did last year and again for cruise this year. You should have got a email confirming your drinks package purchase. Your cruise card will have a sticker on it confirming the package you have.
  5. We saw Mary Mac on Arvia in November 2023 and the act was excellent. Party of 6 we had no clue what to expect but we all had a great night. Didn’t single out any audience member but there was a bit of banter back and forth and it was all taken in good fun by everyone.
  6. Update - email this morning from P&O. OBC Applied for June 2024 cruise. Very fast service.
  7. I had the same issue. Uploaded information again on the app with a screen shot of my 100 carnival shares from my online account and took another screen shot of date that was within 3 months from online account took this from the investment report which had January 2024 date. Just blackened out the information that I didn’t want them to see. This was actioned on the 13/03/2024 to Stockperks. Received confirmation from Stockperks this evening that my manual brokerage statement confirmation has been processed. Now processed the next stage to P&O for my cruise in June 2024. Confirmation will be received within 7days for OBC.
  8. 8th February 2025 to Caribbean on Britannia confirmed as Tui.
  9. We booked away early last year for the cruise and think at the time checked for flights not sure if the flight route was available then from Glasgow to Southampton. But have since checked this year for costs and decided we are fine with the Bus.
  10. Has anyone recently done this trip from Glasgow/Buchanan Bus Station. If they are able to advise pick up time and how many stops there is to Southampton? Thank you.
  11. 4537 has a window with couch beside it. This room is also very big. A relative was in this room only on disembarkation day only as a day room when we were in Caribbean last year. There were well impressed by it and said they would book it if on ship again as liked the space.
  12. Oh well, will wait and see what happens . Nice to get the extra monies. But will be selling for a nice profit as well.
  13. It’s a big ship lots of walking which I enjoy. It never felt busy to us at all even though I think it was pretty much full. Loads of areas to go to and chill out. I loved the Promanade Deck. Did plenty of laps round this all the time. The pool areas were always busy especially on sea days. Found if you wanted to get a bed in the higher decks you had to be there early. We were on deck 8 and we loved it. Easy access to everything.we had absolutely no issues with booking anything at all via the app. We Just went with an open mind. And had a nice time away.
  14. It was the same in November 23 at airport it was absolutely mobbed in departure. Wrong gates numbers shown. Staff could not care less when asking if this was the correct gate etc. Departures area was roasting hot would recommend a hand fan or one of the battery ones. Just with the amount of people standing, sitting waiting to leave. Have flown from this airport a few times pre covid and this was the worst I’ve seen it.
  15. Booked for the Caribbean last March 2023 on an early saver fare on Britannia for 7th February 2025 room to be allocated for balcony cabin and now paying £1,000.00 more compared to a saver fare with OBC pick your own standard balcony cabin. Ouch…lesson learned. Only reason we did this early was so we could fly direct from Glasgow. We know we can do the same cruise if we hold off but would have to fly from Manchester as Glasgow flight goes fast and we have now decided no longer going to go from Manchester to the Caribbean as just too long a journey home. Did it last year and it was 24 hours from leaving ship on Saturday and Arriving home on the Sunday afternoon.
  16. We printed out form to take and had on mobiles as well. We were never asked to show forms at all. We were there in Novemeber 2023 on Arvia. Next time will just have on mobile. Saves the paper.
  17. The non alcoholic drinks do not count as part of the Delux drinks package. In some of the bars we found they were not serving the fever tree for ginger ale which is my personal choice for a mixer and it was britvic not a fan of this mixer but will take if last resort, also used fentimans ginger beer as a mixer as well. The Glass house had a lovely selection of wines we liked to Drink and these were about £15 a glass mark as well. Also only ourselves had OBC which was us having shares in Carnival. No others in party had any OBC and all drink packages were bought before we got on ship which we got discounted by 20% or 25%. Hope this helps.
  18. Your choice to buy or not to buy. We bought a delux for our cruise to the Caribbean and for us it was worth the money and our friends and family who were with us bought the package as well and everyone of them definitely said it was totally worth the money they paid for it. We never took drinks bottles to fill up at the water stations as always got the small bottles of water which is included in the delux package and the amount of these we were drinking each day added up. Along with fresh juices and Costa Coffees and other drinks in costa. Along with large glasses of wine and you automatically get doubles if you are a spirit drinker along with fever tree which is part of the delux package. You had to say to the people taking drink orders if you wanted a single spirit. All this was spread across the day especially on sea days. The package continues until the last day of cruise until you depart the ship to go home.
  19. We were on Arvia in November and no issue with the formal days at all. Both on Sea Days as per our itinerary. And also advised on the Horizon Information Sheet. Wasn’t aware there has been issues.
  20. Between 5.00pm-Midnight on the night before you disembark, fully tagged. And you had to leave your cabin no later than 9.00am on your disembark day. We were on Arvia in November 2023.
  21. @SelbourneAs the only person know who still uses wall calendars ismy 83 year old mother 😂 Thank you, you have just reminded me to buy MIL, her country file calendar for 2024. 😃
  22. So much choice on Arvia so we pretty much tried all the restaurants paying extra or not paying extra. The MDR we visited twice for evening meals and the food was lovely along with the company when we picked a shared table. Green and Co along with the Glasshouse was our favourite.
  23. Had the wifi package on recent trip on Arvia and had absolutely no issues with it at all. Easy to use. Worked a dream for me. Will definitely get it again in next trip on Iona in June 2024.
