  1. You can bring as many bottles as you wish. If you have a drinks package, the corkage fee is waived. if you do not have a drinks package, then you pay a corkage fee regardless of where you drink the wine (or even if you do not drink the wine).
  2. In the past, buying online prior to the cruise was 10% discount off of the price offered once on board. In all our cruises, we've never seen the Thermal Spa "sold out" prior to departure. We always get the spa pass and that first day, you will see spa employees giving tours of the thermal spa and trying to entice passengers to buy the pass for the week. Once on board simply go to the spa and see if they are selling passes.
  3. Because only the OP has the "View" package...all of us are just stealing views without paying our fair share!
  4. If the system shows that you are "both checked in", then you are all set. This is usually shown by green check marks next to everything. It typically takes about 24hrs for the Edocs to be available. If you did this today, check back tomorrow and you'll be able to download those.
  5. This happens to us EVERY time we make a reservation. Their system has multiple accounts for your husband and it is grabbing the "first timer" account. Every time I make a reservation online, my wife has two different entries on my account when adding a "past guest"...Neither of these are her correct account, but it is impossible to tell that, since their system doesn't allow you to add a guest by simply entering their Latitudes number (which would be more logical). You need to contact NCL (via phone or online chat) and ask them to merge the accounts and that will fix your reservation.
  6. We have a March '25 booking on the Joy pending the reports and reviews of the Thermal Spa. For us the Thermal Spa is a big part of our cruise enjoyment. However, we likely will not enjoy a spa without a therapy pool and hot tub, similar to the other spas in the fleet. Anxiously awaiting the first official sighting of the new layout!
  7. That is so strange. We are both on the US site, so you would think both summaries would be structured identically....but, then again, it's NCL's website, I've learned that nothing should surprise me!🤣
  8. That is the issue. If you click on View Price Breakdown, the T&PF are not included in that breakdown. I was showing that screen in my post above. Other items such as Free at Sea Gratuities and the specific room rates for each passenger, but the T&PF do not show...it specifically states it will show those at check out....
  9. The line item of Taxes and port fees disappeared from that breakdown list months ago (for me, at least). It no longer shows up in that screen and notes that they are excluded from the sub-total shown. Are you seeing something different than those of us who no longer see the T&PF in that screen?
  10. You can see the Taxes and Port Fees when you first pull up the list of cruises. it is in the lower right hand corner in fine print. It's been a bit annoying since they removed that line item from the price breakdown page.
  11. I have always submitted the benefit request form before final payment. Never been an issue and usually shows up within a few days even when we owe everything but our deposit still.
  12. Sure, but no SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL! 😈
  13. When they post the disembarkation schedule and put out the disembarkation luggage tags (typically day before the end of the cruise), there will be varied colors for your "desired disembarkation time window". Do not take any of the colors provided on the rack. Instead, go to the Guest Services desk and request the "Yellow" luggage tags from them. They will confirm you are indeed Gold or above by looking at your keycard, and then hand you however many tags you need. You can then disembark when they call "Yellow Priority Disembarkation". If you get off AFTER that announcement, your bags will be there when you get to the claim area. In all our cruises, we've never had that fail.
  14. Add some whip cream and viola....Specialty Iced Coffee! 🙂
  15. We enjoy the Dogliotti Borolo and the Duckhorn Merlot.
  16. Bid for whatever cabin class you are interested in. Keep in mind you are bidding the price per person for the first two in the cabin. The system will only award one bid (if it is awarded at all). Your other bids will be rejected if you win one of them.
  17. Hmmm. My most recent addition was right around Christmas for a December '24 cruise that had been booked several months prior and only had 1 CN on it. Perhaps I picked a good time to plunk my last CN cert in my account down.
  18. We have done that multiple times over the past years. 5+ years. In fact, we currently have no CN"s in our hopper. We have three cruises booked currently with one CN applied on each of those even though they qualify for 2. Our next cruise we will buy more and immediately apply those to the existing reservations.
  19. There's a bunch already in the thread, but to make it simple, 1. Essentially it is a private area with key-card access, on the upper deck of the ship with a bar and servers, cushioned loungers, and one (or two) hot tubs for 18+ only. Search for your Youtube videos about "Vibe on NCL (name of ship)" and you can usually find a good video. 2. We just paid $229pp for a 7-day cruise. 3. I don't think both people in cabin need to purchase, although we always do the two of us. 4. You purchase the "full cruise" pass. I have not seen/heard of daily passes offered of late. We've been in Vibe on Escape, Encore, Joy, Getaway and love it every time. For us, it is a reasonable price to pay for the dedicated service, cushioned loungers, non-crowded hot tubs, and wonderful views all away from the craziness and crowds of the main pool decks.
  20. When you login to your MYNCL account, the "My Coupons and Credits" is below the list of any future cruise reservations. This is where you will see any Cruise Next, FCC's, or special coupons..
  21. I can answer two of these: Zeebrugge - You disembark inside a commercial port area. There are local shuttle busses that take you out of this "active" port area to a local area where excursions and other modes of transport can begin. You can easily get to the trains to Bruges or Brussels from there. LeHavre - You disembark the ship in a port area where the ship excursions busses are waiting. You can also walk just outside the main port gates where taxis and private transport is waiting to pickup clients. Or, you can walk 1.5 miles to the LeHavre train station. We did that 30min walk and trained to Rouen
  22. Good luck to you! We would similarly be upset with such a last minute cancellation of that specific perk as it is a component of our vacation we plan on. As mentioned, seek out the General Manager and work to either get the passes back (maybe the glitch was a glitch?) I would request a comped Spa Pass - or an OBC of similar value to the vibe that was taken away. Just cancelling the pass and refunding it is not an apology for their "glitch"
  23. @bcolliWe have been on the Escape several times and always get the Vibe pass, regardless of ship. We agree it's totally worth the $'s for us. Escape is only 1/2 the size of other ship as you noted, so there are less passes to go around. Regarding time to pier, get there as early as feasible for you. You can wait in line and be one of the first to enter the terminal, ensuring you get "boarding group 1". You will then board after Haven, disabled, and platinum and above, or those that "purchased the priority boarding". Personally, I would not spend the extra for "priority boarding" if you are simply hoping to get the chance for a vibe pass You will board on 7. Go directly down to 6. IF there are passes to sell, they will either be at Headliners or Guest Services. We used to buy them at Headliners on Escape prior to the online pre-sell days. Of course, keep looking online each day to see if you can buy online. Cancellations happen. Good luck!
  24. If you are going to Roatan, check to see if the Discover Scuba shore excursion is offered for your cruise in that port. We did it last year when on the Joy and it was AMAZING. It is run by "Anthony's Key Resort" so if it is not shown on NCL as active, perhaps you can book it directly. Roatan port is very simple on/off and small.
