  1. Yes. It's under royal gifts at the bottom of the main page on the website. Here's a link I hope will work for you. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/royalgifts/wine-liquor/alcohol-packages Melinda
  2. I purchased it twice, only when it was close to the cost of the internet which I had already planned on purchasing. I think the answer really ends on what ship & ports you're cruising too, as some of the benefit is priority tendering. The Royal link is https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-are-the-benefits-of-the-key-program Only you can decide if it's worth it based on your cruise and your needs. Melinda
  3. You can take the allowed wine for both cruses when you board the first leg. Just show your boarding pass to security. Sometimes they keep the extra bottles and return them to you the last night of the first leg. Sometimes they allow you to keep everything. In our experience they have collected our extra wine and we had it returned for the second leg. Enjoy your cruises. Melinda
  4. My concierge emails always ended up in my junk or spam folder. The email address should be similar to AL_concierge01@rccl.com.
  5. Try scrolling to the right on the bottom bar on the app
  6. You can make lunch reservations prior to your Coco Cay day. Contact the dining room reservation line once onboard, or use the concierge if you are in a suite, to make the reservations early. The one time we waited to make reservations we ended up with a late late lunch.
  7. We cruised on Harmony last Halloween. Several groups dressed up. We brought a tote bag full of candy to pass out to any kids onboard that were dressed up. We had crew looking for us once word was spread that candy was given out. We had costumed crew trick or treating out of that bag. Enjoy your cruise.
  8. You should have electrical outlets in the small bedroom. We were in cabin 8668 in January and there is a vanity cabinet in the smaller bedroom with electrical which we used to plug in our medical refrigerator. I think you'll be fine.
  9. I had this same scenario in our Feb cruise on Wonder. Even though I had the earliest boarding slot and a suite, they didn't open the restaurant until 11:30. We waited in the bar area until opening. I am still baffled why they took an earlier reservation than when they actually open, but it should be fine. Melinda
  10. During our February experience on Wonder at Port Canaveral the port staff were sending passengers to separate sections to wait based on check-in times. I'm not sure if they allowed those holding in their sections to board earlier once the first rush was through. We had 10:30 boarding. My guess is that you will be asked to wait in your section for at least some time but maybe not the entire two hours. FYI - there are several restaurants at the Port to spend the wait time instead of standing in line. Grills is the closest and is an easy walk from terminal 1.
  11. Just off Harmony on Sunday. We were encouraged to make Beach Club lunch reservations through the Chops team the day before reaching Coco Cay. YMMV - other ships may have differing processes.
  12. You can stop at Vintages wine bar on board or check the app once on board. There are a couple of different tastings during the week.
  13. They are still using quarantine cabins (writing from quarantine cabin on Radiance). We self-tested and self-reported to medical. The overall experience is not as bad as it was in the beginning of the start-up. I remember the stories of cold food and cardboard containers, this is not the case today. Although we were removed to an oceanview on deck 4, we are able to order MDR menu items for dinner and wine 🙂 We have cruised frequently since the start-up and this is our first exposure to Covid so the odds are still small to contract it on board. Our exposure can be blamed on bus and train travel during a pre-cruise land tour. Since both DH and I are positive our experience cannot answer the original OP question, just speaking to the subsequent comments on current practices. Also - we tested negative before the land tour and tested negative before embarkation which were required by RCCL
  14. I can see excursions in both Cozumel and Yucatan. Some of them are already sold out. I'm on the cruise on the 14th of Jan. When are you cruising?
  15. Did 4 consecutive on Indy in June (3 & 4 day). Indy only offered b2b lunch if the pax count exceeded 35. Ended up with one b2b lunch instead of three. Have to admit, it irritated me that they skipped it because they were already seating & serving key pax in the MDR and chose to eliminate the benefit for consecutive cruisers. I can see eliminating the lunch if they were staffing up to feed less than 35, but that wasn't the case. The staff was already in the kitchen and only needed to add servers.
  16. Weird. We’re on board now and we’re allowed a $20 credit for UDP. Looks like it may depend on who is at the register.
