  1. Did you go through Wichita Falls via U.S. 287? That was our route of travel to go to our place outside of Henrietta.
  2. Not to worry. Free OBC, what ever the source is readily spendable for anything you want to purchase on board the ship. And I mean anything and everything. Happy sailing....and spending!
  3. No, sorry. It's either "use it or lose it". But I've never had that problem.
  4. Exact same thing here. Didn't show up until after I boarded. And I agree. Only Carnival OBC shows up prior to boarding.
  5. Carnival is pretty laid back. For me on formal nights, I wear kaki or navy blue dockers, long sleeve dress shirt, nice shoes and a tie. My wife wore dressy slacks(black) & a nice top with fancy sandals. We wore the same attire in the Steakhouse, as it was a more formal atmosphere. The guy who sat at the next table wore cargo shorts, flip flops, and a Hawaiian shirt though. On casual nights in the MDR, I wore either shorts or blue jeans with a polo collared pull over. Wear what you usually wear when you go out to eat at home.
  6. Absolutely loving your review, from a Texan's perspective! 👍 Good job! Thanks!
  7. I had to do it 3 times for us on our last sailing. Just keep checking!
  8. Have you considered the Family Harbor area? It's pretty neat, especially if you have a young kid. Check it out!
  9. Wow. That speaks volumes for the 'fun 'factor' between the two. Thanks for sharing. 👍
  10. I do too. The previous 2 sailings was with a big box TA. They can certainly apply those cards to your cruise balance. You just have to call them & give them the number. You have to wait on hold for a few minutes, but they get the job done. Easy peasy.
  11. Your review is quite entertaining! Thanks! 👍
  12. Yup. They sure are allowed. But WINDOW SIZED BOX FANS are not! THAT was what my comment was about: "Last cruise, I saw a guy walk off the ship with a window sized box fan!"
  13. Oh wow. Sorry to hear that it's 2 steps backwards for you. We belong to the local Y here in Arlington, and they've been open for 1.5 - 2 years. We belong to Silver Sneakers and go 4-5 days/week. I wish you the bestest!
  14. Very informative! Thanks for posting! 👍
  15. Wow. I wonder how he got away with that?
  16. You are correct. A 3' step in depth does not indicate a hot tub to me, as Jeff's description states. Like I said, no biggie.
  17. It must be in the genes. Your mom must be as beautiful as you all are.
  18. With a 5 foot depth? Wow. Learn something every day. To me, that looks like a small swimming pool. The give away, is a ladder with hand rails going down. No biggie.
  19. I've never seen a hot tub that large. Do they make them that big?
