  1. Assume you are staying the same cabin, then yes. Not sure what the rate code has to do with anything.
  2. Also had people knock and ask to see aft excel suite on MG
  3. Had same experience in owners suite on Ecstasy
  4. With all the bickering of this topic, yours just hit the nail on the head. Love your attitude, it is part of what makes Carnival the Fun Ships. Thanks for lightening up our day. As you already know, memories are the ties that bind, thanks for sharing yours.
  5. Good info for Carnival cruisers to have to see how the competition does it. Thanks
  6. Options are always a good thing in my book/
  7. What is the daily cost of the Royal package?
  8. Which cruise line does not do it to make money???
  9. Two of my fav ships, you will have a blast
  10. We have done side by side but the ships were way father away than you will have. Where the Celebration docks and the Horizon docks is easily walkable. Doing SBS is a wonderful way to extend cruising, and you are doing it on two fantastic ships. We did it right when cruising returned an sailed a 6 day on Horizon then Ubered to MIA rented a car and drove to Port Canaveral and boarded the 2nd sailing of MG. Def not for someone who is a worrier, but loved it.
  11. In the all not to distant past, we had a bottle of Absolute delivered to our room for $30. Some sailings, you cannot even find (to be honest it is not a driver anymore…but I digress) the ability to do it and the prices are set to discourage the action. I do get all the reasons why they want this, but they dance on both sides, proving it thru Ultra and Elite offers. Head scratching from a level playing field perspective for sure, but in our world today, THAT is the norm.
  12. As always appreciate the expertise and comments.
  13. Prob would be the safest bet (betting against me).
  14. I can clearly see that correlation. Oil prices force lines to charge for the increased cost of that fuel and cruisers remove tips because……absolutely no logical reason. Yup, that makes sense….. or actually not….at ….all
