Skip the needles and go with laser dentistry. Changed my life! the laser numbs the area and then they use the laser to removed most of the decay. So awesome!
-
I have as well (last sailed 1/2020).
-
When I was solo cruising on the Epic this time last year (big sigh!), I selected 2. It was never a problem.
-
Thank you! It's sometimes hard to tell from the info on NCL exactly how this works. I'll plan to go through the rest of the locks by ferry.
-
I'm also looking at a January 2022 through the Panama Canal leaving/returning Miami. It would be on the Pearl so should go through the old locks from what I had read on the Panama Canal forum and it goes to most of the locations that I was supposed to go to in January 2021. Hoping we'll be back to cruising normally by 2022. 🙏

Norwegian is looking into Covid-19 vaccine requirement
prov2727 replied to YankeeFan4Ever's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
But a mask can be removed once Corona is over. This is a new type of vaccine. This is not the vaccines we have used in the past where you are given a dose of the killed virus. This is a mRNA vaccine that is clinically unproven*. So it is just not the same thing as requiring people to wear masks. * https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2770485 -
I'm glad they didn't wait longer. Booked a back up vacay for January but speculative if that will happen either. Then trying to decide whether to use the 30% discount (held with my CruiseNext certificates so no $$ to Norwegian out for me) or just not do anything. If I do go for the 30%, I'd have to pay the travel insurance within 30 days.

Anyone else expecting January cancellations tomorrow or Wednesday? -

One You Tuber I listened to said it would have to be a real cruise with excursions to be sure that those companies also followed policies and that cruisers getting off the ship didn't increase cases among the local population. I don't think that is a fact and was just the person's opinion.
-
I'd like to- I'm younger than the stereotype of a cruiser so I think I'd have a good chance of getting a certification from my doctor and being an ideal volunteer.
-
How do you think they will decide on passengers for the test cruises? Can we volunteer?
-
Wearing a mask doesn't bother me. I wear one at work every day (I work on a college campus). I don't go on cruises to socialize or be entertained. I just want some peace and quiet with some sun, sand, water, and good food. I would probably enjoy a cruise under the proposed restrictions MORE than I usually do.

I sailed the Epic in January and loved everything except the fact that I had to go through the smoky casino to get to the dining room unless I wanted to go to the front of the ship to take that elevator down (my room was on the back part of the ship). The crew were wonderful, the food was delicious--I really got all the peace and quiet that I wanted and for those who like a little noise and excitement, there was certainly that too. Always found a chair on deck, a place in the buffet area to eat, etc. I only have Holland America to compare with (in which all of those things were true too), but -
It would be nice if they would announce as I could then move my reservation from departing NOLA to Miami (same itinerary).
