My stepfather and I got off the Zuiderdam on 8/26/23 after 35 days. We enjoyed our cruise, but did not receive a post cruise survey. We asked our travel agent to contact HAL. She said that the Mariner Society had my email address that I had not used for 8 years. After our travel agent gave the Mariner Socirty my correct email address, we received the surveys. It helps the crew a lot if they get positive reviews.

I will go to the MDR and have chardonnay, roasted beets and orange segments, trout, warm chocolate cake and Earl Grey tea. If I had gone to the Lido, I would have had chardonnay, shrimp and chicken chow mein, fried rice, warm chocolate lava cake and Earl Grey tea. Congratulations on your medallions! 🥂 That reminds me that I will put my medallion on our Christmas tree (the day after Thanksgiving LOL). Thanks for sharing the menus. 😊

Haljo1935 - I'm glad you had great weather and bruschetta. Videos of Pier Runners are funny. Some people walk slowly and take their time! One video showed crew members carrying passengers piggyback to get them back to the ship! I hope the crew got a tip for going above and beyond! A tip would be cheaper than paying to get to the next port!

Haljo1935 - I agree with you - it's strange that mimosas are unlimited, but Bloody Marys are not. Enjoy your Godfather tour! 😊

I hope your cold will be gone soon. I agree - you can always get things that are not on the menu - like fruit crisps, creme brulee and a vegetable you want. The waiters are very glad to fill a request. 😊
