  1. Ken - thanks for your detailed live from. Much appreciated ! We’re planning a similar med cruise in the near future. Quick question is the dolphin deck aft is set aside for quarantine?
  2. We have an aft dolphin deck cabin booked on the Enchanted for an upcoming cruise and are wondering if people are still being bumped to other cabins to free up quarantine space.
  3. Thanks - I just tried cancelling and rebooking and I still got charged with the box still showing. So I’ll try again in a few days or just get guest services to refund me once I’m onboard.

Today I noticed a box on Dine my Way which said I had a dining credit (which I did and had assumed I wouldn’t be able to use until on board) and that it would be applied automatically once I confirmed a reservation. So I booked speciality dining with a slight hope that it would work as stated. Not sure if I did something wrong but once confirmed my CC was charged and the nice box stating I had a dining credit was still there. Is there a trick I’m missing to actually apply the credit ?
  5. The Crown issues are appalling and it should be taken out of service and fixed. I’ve had cruises and/or ship changes due to changes in dry dock schedules so I don’t understand what is happening with that ship. And I agree that the general changes are annoying. However, for those I compare the changes with what I’m seeing on land - or at least will for the next few months - which mirrors the supply chain issue, oil price hikes, and staffing issues. We accept the apologies and either enjoy knowing that we may not get pre-Covid service or cancel. What worries me is that once a service level is lowered, that may become the new normal long after the reason for it is gone.
  6. This may just have been a timing coincidence for a booking number change but… I rebooked the first leg of a b2b so ended up with a new booking number. My medallion app showed the old booking and would no longer let me to even open the travel checklist, health info etc. Before contacting medallion app support, I did all the things they would ask me to do (delete and reload app, try using booking number as login, etc.) to reduce time on the phone. But the last thing I did seemed to have worked ! I logged out of the app and logged in to the web version of checkin. That version did show the new booking so I updated all the items that did not carry over from my last completed cruise (emergency return airport, vaccination info, ordered medallion, etc.) and logged out. As soon as I logged out, I got an email that my medallion order for the old booking number was cancelled and when I relogged in to the medallion app it showed the new booking number and entire b2b itinerary ! The emergency return airport used to cause me issues with checkin when checkin was on princess.com so who knows that may have been the charm.
  7. We finished a cruise Dec 4, 2021 and received the cheque Jan 22, 2022.
  8. Does anyone know the medallion IT support email ? I noticed it in one thread but now that I need it I can’t find it anymore !
  9. We’ve booked the Quebec to Fort Lauderdale fall cruise on the Carribean Princess - really looking forward to it since we’ve never been to most of the port cities. Does anyone know when we would go through US customs and immigration ? Is it as we board in Quebec (like in Vancouver departures) or sometime later in the cruise ?
