  1. Yes I will be interested in what you find out. Please report back when you can. Thanks and happy cruising to you!
  2. Has anyone purchased and experienced the 2 Specialty Dining package currently being offered on Seaside. Book now 2 deliciously different dining experiences: the Butcher's Cut Steakhouse & Sea Pavilion The package includes two experiences: The Butcher's Cut Steakhouse celebrates America’s craft heritage combined with the skills of the master butcher. The Sea Pavilion is your portal to a world of contemporary Asian culinary sensations. i am curious about the Sea Pavillon choice…do you get to choose from sushi, pan-American or Teppanyaki? Any menus for the dining experience?
  3. Oh my gosh…I feel your frustration. I just tried to log nto the MSC website for the US where we live and it says it’s not the right website for my country…lol. a hack that I did on address because it couldn’t find my address by zip code verification was use my neighbors address. Once it verified their address I went back and put in my correct address. Do you use any type of zip code identification that you can enter street and zip to see if it changes France yo Switzerland? re voyager number. Are you the primary or secondary guest. I’m secondary, and once I put my info in the account support tab (wouldn’t take my voyager number) on the website, I relogged into the app using the Booking Number, my first/last name. It brought up my profile where I could see that had my Voyager number on my profile. Def quite a wonky MSC web/app. hope this helps some.
  4. Also to note. I could only get to the page with Booking Detail and Account Services by logging in with my email/password. Logging in with Booking Number did not take to a page where I could do anything.
  5. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! It took me awhile to find it…but I did with your help.
  6. Yes. Name and DOB but how do you add passport and Voyager #? Is this done during checkin maybe?
  7. On the app or website how do I add info for my guest in cabin. My profile has my info…like passport #, Voyagers #, and eventually my security photo. However I haven’t found where to enter other guest info. Help please.
  8. First of all…Thank you for sharing your experience. In doing some online purchase research it looks like Kaito Sushi and Butcher’s Cut are our choices…but while appearing we could could book day/time and purchase the pkg…not so. I guess we will have to do a call.
  9. We are going to try MSC Seaside at the end of August, 4 nights. We are Platinum on NCL and got status matched to MSC Gold—which is a nice perk. I have a couple of questions. We booked a Fantastica balcony cabin on deck 12 towards the FWD elevators. Part of the promotion was free wifi, free beverage package and some onboard credit. For each of our names the booking confirmation it says Browse 1 Device. I am assuming both DH and I get 1 device each. What credentials does one use to log in and activate the device..i.e., email, Name/DOB, other? Also the drink package says Easy Plus…which was nice as I thought they would start us at the bottom package. We chose early dining but I understand they could assign anywhere from 5:30 to 9:30. That concerns me as we like a little more control over our dining times. Also can someone confirm if the 2-top tables in the MDR really are about 4” apart? Any suggestions for navigating the MDR would be welcomed. One last question. We want to do the 2 specialty dining which is a Tasting Menu at Butchers Cut and Sea Pavilion…except Seaside has no Sea Pavilion. Any idea on what the second restaurant is on the Seaside dining package. Thanks in advance.
  10. We’re eyeing this itinerary for 2024…so I’ll be paying special attention to your review. Thanks for taking us along. Please share occupancy # when you hear them. TXS.
  11. This excursion sounds incredible. I’m hoping it’s as amazing as they claim. Looking forward to your review.
  12. Oh my, oh my…my heart belongs to Paris. Our 2020 trip didn’t happen, so it has been nearly 20 years since we’ve been there. I may have to re-think our 2024 cruise plans. Thank you for the beautiful photos. Looking forward to your Iceland visit. Carpe momentum.
  13. I’ve missed something…how has sweet cuddly Molly made it onto the ship. Lucky dog…lucky you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  14. I am curious if NCL is also fined in some way for bringing a passenger with illegal drugs.
  15. Well that turned into an expensive cruise. Maybe the Rich Little Piggies slot (my recent fav) will help her re-coup her fine. On a lighter note. At 62… did she “forget” to do a nose-check…or did she still have the $100 bill in a roll? Happy for her it wasn’t in an Asian country.
  16. The waitstaff said it was going to continue rotate as far as they knew. I was surprised that everything at dinner service went very well—food prep, serving time snd temp, considering this was the first week they switched.
  17. Me too! Funny thing…I always wipe down the hotel room, especially the TV remote. But I have yet to sanitize our cabin. Must be “cruise euphoria”.
  18. The unfortunate reality is that those folks probably haven’t a clue that their personal living standards are not the norm.
  19. The Epic sails out of Lisbon to the Canary Islands along with a stop in Casablanca and Gibraltar, and a few other ports in Spain. But they only sail in February 2024. No other sailings as of now. Curious why such a limited #of sailings…and why February? Has anyone done this itinerary or something similar in January/February? Or any other time of the year.
  20. I thought of you when I got the burrata salad. The burrata was larger than a baseball.
  21. @HBCcruiserThank you for your LIVE review. Looks like you had a wonderful time despite a few annoyances. Sorry we didn’t meet during the cruise. For us, we LOVED the Prima, and felt it was an upscale experience. A few of the reasons this cruise worked for us: —we traveled as a couple, so scoring two seats anywhere we wanted was easy…that plus having a quick eye. —we didn’t pay an exorbitant amount. We started in a balcony and watched for prices to drop then upgraded to club balcony. There was enough storage for two and we had a towel bar for hand towel…lol. —our cabin was near the FWD elevators. We rarely waited or shared an elevator. There was both a Port and SB elevator bank with 4 “lifts” in each bank, total of 8. AFT elevators had only 6. —FWD elevator went to the atrium, observation lounge and theater. AFT elevators serviced ALL the dining venues and was always slow and crowded. And, we didn’t have to walk through the buffet to get to the pool. —we had 4 specialty dining but never had to wait to get into Hudson’s for breakfast, the Local, the buffet and we also had dinner in Indulge. —the bars and dining venues were well staffed —the NCL entertainment was sufficient and the Donna Summer Show was exceptional. —the CC/FB organized activities were lots of fun…Slot Pull, M&G, LCR. Thank you @Red-Sol, @MikeC, @peg013@Whitefacekat —Bermuda. We’ve been many places in our lives…but have NEVER seen water that turquoise, and so much of it. And, the people of Bermuda were so friendly and polite. —and, finally, we also enjoyed the Epic…lol. We would cruise Prima again…shoulder seasons with no kids. Prima is not designed for children IMO.
  22. I suspect your TA could apply it, too. It will show as a credit on your NCL Account. Just tell him/her to apply it despite what the terms say. It should work.
  23. Well that’s what the terms say. However, I have used it on previously booked reservations. Apply it yourself online…don’t ask your PCC…they follow the terms.
