If it's a cruise you would otherwise book (my last Premier was a Panama crossing), then I would say they are worthwhile. Note the casino will be packed, and there will be a lot of drawings for Premier cruisers only. You will get some nice extras (the night before the canal crossing, they left me a Panama hat and sunscreen in my cabin). So my bottom line is if a cruise I want to do is a Premier cruise, then yes, I would do it. Otherwise, I wouldn't go out of my way for a Premier cruise.
