  1. Lap top, printer/scanner and landline here. Also a cell phone. Yabba Dabba Doo! 🤣
  2. We don't do the Go Green. As long as we get fresh towels, ice twice, drinking glasses replaced twice a day, the Celebrity Today and the pillow chocolates every evening we are happy. The cabin attendants pay, hours and workload is not our concern. That's between Celebrity and their employees.
  3. Sorry, I'm only speaking about our experiences. Positive and or negative. What you or others may consider positive and or negative experiences and opinions is your opinion and justifiable so. I respect that. I'll tap out and leave the comparisons to others. I just wanted to share my brief opinion. Cheers. 🍻
  4. Our last Princess cruise was a 10 night Caribbean cruise on the Enchanted March 2024. We were very impressed with the ship, staff and all the different venues. We had the Plus Package. Much better than Celebrity's CBP and PBPs. We also enjoyed the nightly (every night) Captains Circle HH in the Vista Lounge. But that's our opinion. The only bummer is Princess still allows smoking in the casino. We aren't gamblers but the stench doesn't stay in the casino. We've got a future cruise booked on the Royal. Looking forward to that cruise, like all our cruises, no matter the cruise lines we book with.
  5. You mean like a non Elite (not married to each other or living at the same address, no matter their age) who is staying in the same cabin with a Elite or above and getting some of the same perks/benefits.
  6. We eat breakfast at the pre cruise hotel. We aren't hungry when we first board the ship. Once onboard we grab a couple of drinks and go sit in the CL until the cabins are ready.
  7. On our March 2024 Enchanted cruise (10 night Caribbean) the CC HH was held in the Vista Lounge. We went every evening and had the Plus Package. The CC HH event was well attended each evening on our cruise.
  8. Agree. Some and only if. You didn't say that in your post I quoted. Not all. We were in cabin D127. Enchanted. No lifeboat obstruction. We've got the Royal booked. Cabin D415.
  9. Not our experience for this past March 2024 Enchanted cruise. We booked our dining times and restaurant for DMW when we first booked the cruise a year prior to the sail date. Cruise was paid with deposit only. Booked our October 2025 Pacific Coastal cruise for the Royal on April 2024. We booked our dining times and restaurant for DMW for that cruise at the time of booking. Of course those reservations have been cancelled by Princess. I tried to rebook them today thru the Ocean Ready desk as the app wouldn't lst me and was advised I needed to wait as the cruise date was to far out(?). I'll call back in a couple of days to see if I can rebook our times and MDR for DMW. For clarification we are Platinum.
  10. The CC host or whoever was checking medallions as we entered the CC event each evening on our March 2024 Enchanted cruise.
  11. Wear your GO GO Boots and you'll look groovy. ✌️
  12. Like with RCs CAS you will receive a list of Elite perks/benefits in your cabin the first day from the CC. Here is what is [posted on Celebrity's website. https://www.celebritycruises.com/captains-club/tiers-and-benefits
  13. No lifeboats obstructing our view from our deck 9 balcony cabin.
  14. I would go with RCs intierary times for the ports you are visiting. Whoever you booked your cruise with should have sent you an adjusted port schedule change if different than what you originally booked.
  15. Here's my suggestion for new or old ships design. Have a dedicated lounge for Elite and above. Use RCs Crown Lounge model for this.
  16. We were on a 10 night Enchanted Caribbean cruise March 2024. We picked deck 9 and our cabin (balcony) number. IMO, great location. No public areas above or below. We were forward so longer walks to the stairs and elevators but no biggie for us. Less foot traffic past our cabin. If I'm alone I always take the stairs. I walk every morning so I took the stairs to get to the walking track on deck 18.
  17. Start your own thread. 🤣
  18. Pat, we also stay away from RCs mega ships and any cruises less than 7 days. No matter the cruise line.
  19. Bottom line, it doesn't matter what others opinions here are on CC. Only the staff member at the entrance to the MDR has the call what's allowed if she/he elects to do so. I'd like to say I've never heard anyone on a ship make a comment out loud what others are wearing, but have!
  20. I haven't worn a tie (formal wear) on a Celebrity cruise since 2016 when Celebrity first introduced the evening chic suggested dress guidelines for the MDR in the evening. On RC, 2017 was the last time we packed formal wear.
  21. Yes. I always do. We always get our luggage long before eating.
  22. That's the type we've been getting.
