  1. Anyone know which Terminal Seascape will be using on Saturday, Dec 9?
  2. Thank you. Wow, looks expensive.
  3. Wonderful. I'm guessing that you made this request on Day 1 before you used it all all so that you got a full refund? Or, did you request it later during the cruise and you got a partial refund? Thanks!
  4. Is it significantly cheaper? Happen to know any onboard rates? We have someone in our party that is concerned about laundry. Thanks
  5. We cruise Saturday and I received the same error last night. I got concerned. But, when I read the description, it says that the embarkation form is included in the Ticket file which is the option right beside it. That worked fine. I entered my email address for the ticket. It was mailed to me in seconds. I printed that packet. Have a great cruise!
  6. Thank you. I called Blue Lagoon directly after mo responses. She told me that they do not have a definite reopening date yet and to call back later during the month. We sail on another line this Saturday. So, that opportunity is a no, but I also sail in February on Celebrity. Hopefully that will be an opportunity to go again. Thank you for your reply. Have a great cruise.
  7. How was check in? Which forms did you have to show? I have everything printed out. Just wondering if anything changed since my last MSC sailing which was on Seashore. I have my cruise ticket ready to go. Will have the health questionnaire. We will complete that in a couple days since the cruise departs Saturday. Passports - check. Did they ask to see anything else? Im traveling with a couple people in tow that are new to cruising so I want them to have all their stuff ready to help speed up the process. Thanks 😊
  8. Wow, that's amazing. So, you are doing a back to back on Seascape? We will join Saturday. Wow! Enjoy
  9. Woohoo! Thanks so much. How's your cruise coming along?
  10. Hi there, was the long wait to get back on the ship an issue at every port or just some ports? Was it a problem at all times when getting back on the ship or when it was close to sail away time? We will be on the Seascape next week and would like to try to avoid the long waits if possible. So, please let me know if there was any pattern to when the delays were worse OR when it was faster for you all to get back on the ship. Thanks
  11. Thank you! I hope the decorations are up now or will be soon. Sailing on the 9th. Woohoo, just one more week to go!
  12. Crazy. I like the convience of parking right at the terminal, but come on now.
  13. Since the spring, I've found solo booking more challenging on multiple cruise lines. But, I've also found that if I keep looking and looking, I can find something if I am a bit flexible. Timing seems to be a big factor. Somwtimes I catch a good option, other times i just have to keep looking for a while. I love solo cruising (minus the cost these days). Hahahha.
  14. Thanks so much for being willing to do a live and to answer questions. That can be a lot of work when trying to enjoy your vacation. Enjoy Day 1 of your cruise!
  15. Yes, this has become more common this year on many cruise lines. There are quite a few postings here on CC about it. I'm often a solo cruiser. So, I'm not a fan either. But I understand why it is happening. Happy sailing.
  16. Wow! That's simply amazing. Thanks for posting that picture.
  17. Very helpful. At $130 now, this is a good deal. That is $18/day for our 7 day sailing. Maybe a bit more because doubt we will use it on embarkation day as we will be busy. Guess we could go for an hour after we eat lunch and before the Muster at 4pm. That's reasonable since we do plan to be on the ship by Noon. Cabins are ready by 2pm. So, heading to the thermal suite is a good opportunity to get away from thr crowds of people trying to figure out where to go, hahaha. But I'm not sure how early we can get into the thermal suite on thr first day. I'm guessing they will be doing tours and we don't want folks all in thr way looking at us, lol.
  18. Anyone have any pictures of Christmas decorations on MSC ships yet? Or, is it still top early for MSC? I see some pics of decorations on Royal ships.
  19. If you did not like an entree, were you allowed to ask for a replacement without thr $5 charge? Sounds like you and your family did not like a couple, like the turkey. So, just wondering of that feedback was shared with thr waiter and he offered to bring you something different. Thx 😊
  20. Do you know if we can use the Fun Pass to pay for rides on thr Robotron? Thanks
  21. Hello December Cruisers, Our sailing on the Seascape is coming up soon. I will be introducing some first timers to cruising and some to MSC. I would love to see photos of holiday decorations on the ships. Decorations at the ports would be fun also. We are going on a Caribbean sailing out of Miami on Seascape. We are sailing early to miss some of the main holiday crowds. I hope that this will be a fun and festive thread. I'm most interested in photos of the Seascape, but all ships are welcome so this thread can be helpful for all cruisers that enjoy looking at decorations on ships. Happy cruising this holiday season!
  22. I have a question. I will buy this pass online in advance now that it is available. But, I am curious what us the price that has been offered during the cruise? One week, caribbean sailing out of Miami on the Seascape. Anyone have experience with buying this on the ship? How much was it? We have one person in our party that is not sure of she will use the thermal suite much so i wonder if we should wait until we are on the ship to purchase something for her. If we buy it now, can we cancel when on the shop and get a refund? Just trying to figure out how to handle her not knowing yet. Thanks!
  23. Hey, go check again. Mine is back now. Woohoo! Good luck.
