Yes, totally thought it as two different ports. But, on cruise Mapper, only Amber Cove is listed and Seascape is listed as docking there. Very odd.

Hahahaha, wow, what a response. Seems to include a few assumptions. No, I don't recall saying that I wanted my dishes instantly picked up or that I had an issue with them being in my cabin. Take care!

It's unacceptable at every level. I agree with the comment above about reporting it to the Hotel Manager. I'm guessing they already know, but I think cruisers need to speak up more about it. Just not a good plan for dish removal.

Has anyone heard any updates on when the excursions might be offered again? I'm not asking to be insensitive to those who were impacted by the experience a couple weeks ago. I actually really did enjoy the Excursion when I did it before. And, I was looking forward to going again with some first time cruisers on an upcoming cruise. I did look around on their website last night and saw that there are some dates available next month for booking. But they are sporadic dates. I did not see any major announcement on their web page about being open or closed.

That's interesting. I would not have ever thought asking for ice is above and beyond. It's a simple request made by many and actually advised that it what a steward can offer you for service to our cabin. That's an interesting perspective that it's a bit above. Thanks

It disappeared from my upcoming cruise as well. It was $130. Super disappointed.

Is this kind of "special lunch" a norm or is it just for these preview sailings?

Oh, I'm one of those folks that does not like dishes in the floor down the hallway. I definitely hope that process changes. It's dirty and not appealing at all. Makes the environment look really bad.

Do they usually change for Cyber Monday? I've been watching my app and the cruise planned site. I've seen some reductions for Black Friday for thr past week+. Wondering if they usually offer something g different or more for Cyber Monday? There are a couple excursions that I'm interested in, but would like a tad better price if possible. Thanks 😊

Does anyone know if how to find out how many ships will be docked there on my cruise date? I tried using the Cruise Mapper site, but when it comes to Puerto Plata, they only list the Amber Cove port. I'm on the Seascape, and we are supposed to dock at Taino Bay. Thanks

General question for everyone. I was on Cruise Mapper trying to figure out how many other ships will be docking at our ports for my upcoming Seascape cruise. I could figure them all out except Puerto Plata, DR. I see Amber Cove listed. Seascape is included in that list. Five ships total that day. But, I thought Seascape would dock at Taino Bay. But, I did not see Taino Bay listed as an option for Puerto Plata. Can someone please assist. Maybe I'm mixing up the names of something. Or, does the site just not list the other port? Thanks 😊
