WE just discovered that the payment for our future cruise is now 180 days prior cruising. Now with O's new cancellation policy they are really being lsee consumer friendly. .

Good news! Thanks to our forum friends, my husband resent his documentation and we now have our obc from our stock purchase.

Just found out from our travel agent that the stockholder benefit can not be used with O Life. It can be used only with the Simply new package. Bumper!!!

Is there any advantage to booking a future cruise while on board ship. I know our agent would ger credit but wondered if the cruise line offers any inclentives. Thanks.

We have submitted the documentation requested for our $100 on shipboard credit. How long should it take and where can we see it applied prior to cruise date. We board on December 5th for a Caribbean cruise. Thanks.

We always give something extra to the room stewards. Sometimes if the wine staff have been extra good to us, we tip.

We took a Caribbean cruise just after things opened up after Covid. One of the islands was closed to cruise ships until October. Several of us tried to get Oceania to confirm that the island was off the itinerary. We called and also had a travel agent inquire. All reported the island was still on the trip even though Oceania's own Covid government documents reported otherwise. Poor corporate communications!!! One of the guests was friends of the hotel director and she emailed him who advised that indeed the island was off the itinerary. Only those on the roll call had first knowledge about this change. Many people had made plans and incurred deposits which had to be changed on the ship when it was more difficult to communicate.

We were promised a tote bag and never got one in our cabin neither did others. A man who was blind advised the crew that he NEEDED one for carrying his items and they had to scramble to get him one! The tote or the gift set are not deal breakers just disappointment in what is offered prior to boarding. Better corporate communications with customers should be on their "to do" lists!!!

I like to use the treadmill and then shower in the spa area of a ship. Has anyone used the showers in the spa area and did they experience any "flooding" while showering. This happened to me on the Regatta.

Your choice got me wondering about pricing. Our Costco has it for $69 a bottle and our grocery store Vons/Safeway/Albertsons has it for $79. I need to try it. I like their regular champagne.

If you love it, buy it in duty free. I can't tell if you are state side or not but check Total Wine in Florida if you are landing in Florida. Good selection and good prices. If they have it on the ship it will be probably 3x the liquor store pricing.

We are considering taking an O cruise that starts in this town. Has anyone had any experience flying into this place? We think using O air is the sfest way to go since if any flight gets delayed the cruise line will be there to assist. Any suggestions for hotel there for an over night? Thanks!

We did the cruise years ago and enjoyed the 23 day experience however it is "Amazon light". We didn't have any trouble with insects but it depends on the time of the year. Do try to take a tour that takes you further down the river. Be very careful while off the ship, we were warned numerous times about not wearing or taking anything of value off the ship. Some did not take heed and had their camera and jewelry ripped from them. The opera house in Manaus is beautiful but beyond that there is nothing special about the city.

If we have the classic beverage package is the tip already included in our daily fee?

Anyone showering in the ladies spa changing room? I found that the ladies shower leaked causing flooding in the tiny cubicle. I was on the ship 5 years ago and then last year and found the same problem. I was told that it might be fixed when the ship goes to dry lock. Thanks.
