I'm in texas so dont see other prices regularly and book solo, but I dont see prices for $50 .. which means $100 solo per day recently. If they exist maybe short cruises out of florida? Idk .. I've had to abandon my $100 a day yard stick. There are not even any carnival cruises from texas under $100 a day unless you get casino offers.
Allure my first week last dec there were a lot who had been on for weeks so maybe not typical, but we had closer to 500 diamonds, 500 diamond plus and around 183 pinnacles. Over 1k.
It can be any ship. On liberty last spring a bunch of us got a stomach problem. Over 50 all got sick the same night. Quite a few went to their doctor and at least one tested positive for e coli. Unfortunately I was on a b2b. I tried to report it onboard and was brought by a Mdr guy to the front desk to talk to someone. He shouted at me it was impossible there was anything wrong with their food or they wouldnt have been allowed to sail. It had to be cozumel. Personally I didnt get off in cozumel, only roatan where I didnt eat or drink anything. Over 50 getting sick friday night and posting it on one roll call is beyond my experience. I'd assume many more who didnt post.
Quite a few tried to call rcl and also met with resistance. Not covid we dont follow those stats. But thanks.
Then dec I did another b2b and got a respiratory something and sick for 3 weeks.
Tbh I'm dreading my oasis cruise march 12. Hoping my luck gets better. I've been trying to feel more excited. My luck lately hasnt been too good.
I also purchased first leg last year and I was told it would be delivered. Nothing showed up. Finally tracked it down and they held it. Just added confusion. .. just seems to depend on the ship I guess. Now I just wait unless they are running out.
On 2. Just order whatever extra side you want. Baked potato or a app. The plates are pre plated and your waiter just removes whatever you want to remove. It's just trashed. Sometimes they bring the plate with the extra thing on a separate plate.
You receive 4 drink vouchers, they are on your card. Not physical vouchers. You sign for them to encourage you to tip imo.
The diamond ambassador can often help with requests. She will usually be there in the morning and during snack time at night.
Lower numbers indicate better location. Odd indicates 3 or more beds. Even indicates holds only 2.
A 2d is considered a better location than a 5d.
Perhaps they didnt have a lot of families book. So it's close to final payment and they opened the other cabins now to 2 pax.
@Ourusualbeachexplains better.
I've never heard of this no time slot at the terminal.
I would show up together and hope things are moving well that day. Show up before the first time slot.
They also seem to have discontinued filled donuts they had last year. Then I could still find them sometimes in diamond lounge.
There are some cut backs for sure. Guacamole toast seems to have gotten big.
Izumi is a 34.99 credit and that's also the cost of the fixed menu. Same location Hitachi has a surcharge. It's where they do a show and cook in front of you.
There are places like chops no add on. I would choose these if I only could choose 3.
What ship?
