I was on liberty and got off yesterday but think same thing. People were confused. Some ships have a stand alone Starbucks. Starbucks brand at cafe promenade is included in your drink package. For sure starbucks brand coffee at the cafe was included.

I've only been on grandeur that had izumi lately. Izumi was excluded for dinner so I doubt lunch. @Merion_Momwho said it said Hitachi.. and I said it said izumi. I found the print out from my cabin. Yep izumi excluded. Here is a camera shot.

I can remember it being a perk. Maybe platinum, maybe lower, you got a burger and a side, coke or milk shake extra. We used to get onion rings as a side. Of course there used to be a free wine tasting too. A perk. I'm guessing over 10 years ago. Time flies by to me. I must be getting immune that $12 seems almost reasonable. Prices around here are so crazy. Popeyes charges 25 cents for each thing of ketchup or sauce and you cant choose to remove them. Everything seems up to me. I dont remember the 5.95, I remember free as a perk for one time at johnny rockets. I'm clearly old.

I did miracle to alaska and loved it. I doubt the comments are specific to the ship which has a nice lay out, roomy per pax. No one likes cut backs or higher charges

There is no diamond plus line at check in at Galveston.. havent read of it elsewhere. Just choose the same time to check in. Only key, hc, and suites got priority at check in. .. well pinnacle gets it as they are treated same as suites. So 4.

I had a issue that started last saturday. It's on my last weeks roll call. Something we ate. Dozens of us had a issue with the runs. One guy posted his doctor said e coli. I brought it up here onboard and it was dismissed. We coukdnt sail if food issues, or we havent heard any feedback. I didnt eat off the ship last week, only on the ship. I thought it was just me. I'm allergic to coconut and thought I must have eaten some accidentally, then I read dozens of others had the same, with food going thru them. Mine started late Saturday and some just got off sunday and posted. I'm over it but it was something I ate. I eat a lot of salads. I've done 15 on rcl since restart and 3 on carnival and first time I got sick. No one is seriously upset, says it's a chance. Never got covid ... so I've reported it. All I can do. It's not covid. It's a stomach thing. Everyone posted same symptoms, food ran thru them, none felt sick otherwise. A few went to doctors. I have 2 days free internet so i got on at midnight last night. That's when i became aware it wasnt just me as i assumed. I know I thought it was just me, I have foods I cant eat, but dozens had same thing. So I dont think was just me. I've skipped and few dinners, and tonight is lobster night. I'll eat light. I'll be back to dinner. I'm sure a few will say i shouldn't say it, except I experienced it myself, first hand. I asked when will cabin tv be fixed so we get news while at sea and was told the satellite cant be changed until dry dock. Several of us wanted to know the rate hike Wednesday. Some tvs seem to have a scroll across the bottom. Mine didnt.

I'm onboard as well. Just saw your post. I miss several things from before. Duck on Mdr menu, filled donuts in WJ. Grab and go omelettes. Always before had ham and cheese. Now if you want a omelette you have to order it from scratch, good but seating is so tight in WJ, seems like just takes longer. I've seen Katy wave and smile after a show, nothing else. I've had her before. Havent seen her interactive on any cruise with her. On the other hand. James the captain is great and loves to joke and interact. Loretta the diamond lounge ambassador is back and I think she is one of the best. She moved to suites for a while and back and shes awesome. We all want her to move with us to allure. James I heard is moving to allure. Yea. I loved james joke about he is taking us to cozumel because so many of us havent ever been there. I wish the crew could take off masks already.

Maybe it varys. I wanted a fresh squeezed juice and was told not on disembark day .. next time it was of course sure here it is np. I was doing b2b and had both answers 2 different times.

I'm on a rcl ship right now. I get 2 days free or a credit of 51.96 which I can sign into and get 3 nights and last 2 full days, prorated for 49.96 leaving a credit of $2 lol. Many couples get free wifi 1 or 2 days and share it so it covers more of the cruise. So imo since it's a free loyalty perk it's like comparing carnival free laundry to those paying. Starlink is supposed to be fleetwide by next spring on rcl. I do miss my free wifi when I'm on carnival. I wish they would add discount as a perk.

I find carnival dinners below par. On the other hand I love guys and pizza. Their pizza is made from scratch and I love their white pizza. Rcl pizza sub par. Jijis on vista class at $18 is one of the best. I did pay restaurants for 6 nights for $100 on carnival though they raised prices. Their pay restaurants are just as good and half the price. Nice treat. I'm only booked carnival dream, a special journey cruise for 14 days. Journey cruises a but nicer. We had a guest lecture last time. Does the best ports out of Galveston without flying. I'll pay the $100 and eat at pay restaurants.

Not me. I would only spend on upgraded food or excursions. I saw we now have surf n turf offered in the Mdr as a add on. My gripe is we used to have that at chops .. olden days. I was glad to see it in Mdr for a upcharge. .. though I prefer the service in chops, but they no longer have that combo. I sound like my parents talking about the olden days. I've never seen such good deals on excursions. Rcl used to be higher than carnival. I love the sales. I'm a thumbs up.

If it's a gty for 2 people probably has to be repriced for a cabin that holds 3 or 4 if you want them in the same cabin with you. ..if there even are gty for 3 or 4 offered.

When I went there on oasis the only way to see any of haiti was a excursion in a boat that took us down the coast a bit. Labadee isnt a way to see haiti. It's a private area.
