My High School senior skip day was at Cedar Point. 😆 The wooden rollercoaster was a big thing in the 70's. I still remember the 1st time riding the Top Thrill Dragster. The force you feel when it takes off and when you get to the top it looks like you are about to fly into the air. It's over so quickly. I remember years ago watching a special featuring the tallest, fastest rollercoasters. Cedar Point had 2 of the top 3. Not long after that I believe a place in Japan built one to beat them all then Cedar Point afterwards built the Top Thrill Dragster. I have heard there was one built in the states in the last few years to beat this one. OB, if you go, there is a beautiful Lighthouse not far from Cedar Point. I believe it's in Marblehead. You would get to do two favorite things!

We have not taken advantage of this yet. What is opened? We thought about it on Ovation last May but wasn't seeing where to use them.

It's in Sandusky Ohio. I believe it has 17 rollercoasters. They have several top ten tallest, fastest rollercoasters in the world. One cool one is called Top Trill Dragster. Height:420 ft (128.02 m) Drop:400 ft (121.92 m) Length:2,800 ft (853.44 m) Speed:120 mph (193.12 km/h) Inversions:0 Duration:0:30 Max vertical angle:90° Capacity:1,000 riders per hour Acceleration:0 to 120 mph (to km/h) in 4 seconds If you like rollercoasters, you would love Cedar Point.

I bet 1st class would be crazy high. We are trying to decide what cruise we want to do in January. There are some great prices out of Galveston on Allure. We could drive there, about 10 hours, or fly. Flights to Houston are still reasonable. The only downside is we are cruising Allure in October and itinerary. It's been awhile since we been to Cozumel so that wouldbe ok. We haven't been to Roatan and don't know much about it. I could use a new Costa Maya t-shirt 😆. We are also looking at the other Oasis class ships.

Grandkids are a true blessing. Our 7th will be here within the next 4 weeks. The girls just departed but they all came over to do nails. They did a foot soak first. Kenzie wanted in on it. Cuties make it easier to capture cute pics. A couple weeks ago I was at a wedding and another one of our young ones, Corrie, was the flower girl. I didn't catch any pics to share but my daughter caught some when she was trying on her dress. My DD said Corrie did all her on posing.

We had a visitor yesterday. I took this pick and loved it. I told Kenzie it's so good I will have to share it on Dani's thread. She looked at Shashey and said, he's kidding right? She said nope then she gave me the look. Then she said, post it and I will hide your flip flop. I said, that, that's not mine. Kenzie, several love seeing you. They will love the pic. She said, OK Gpa but it will cost ya a peanut butter cracker..

Not a bad idea as long as it isn't a rough sea day.

Funny how topics from here pop up in my head. I just finished breakfast and I hesitated throwing my paper plate away! 😲 Just my 2 cents worth. A couple visiting last night mentioned the challenge they had driving in France. I asked if they hit the curb a few times. They said when they would go to turn on the blinkers, they would hit the windshield wipers on.
