  1. In 2006 l bought my daughter a Corolla for college. It had manual widows. It was passed on to the 2nd daughter. While out one day she asked her friend to roll down the window. Her friend didn't know how to. When she showed her how her friend thought it was sooo cool. 😂
  2. That looks nice. I like the size and shape of the wisk. It looks like it would do better than the kitchen aid wisk. The machine just looks more durable. I once tried to do a double batch of pizza dough and the kitchen aid did not like it.
  3. Wow, thanks for posting. The kids gave me a pasta attachment for my Kitchenaid a while back. I have put off making pasta because I have not gotten a noodle rack yet. I have never thought of of using a hanger. Great idea.
  4. 😂 I read it wrong 😂 I read it..... Yes Brian, fart..... I thought, who is Brian and what advice is Brian needing.
  5. Good idea to have your son do it but I was thinking anyone young that should be around for a while. Train them and build up trust then when you get old the younger trusted one could be of service to you.
  6. I need to check out Walmart more. They are quick. We often do the grocery pickup. We have had times when they did not have an item so they mailed it to us by the next day with no extra charge.
  7. That looks well organized. Maybe next year have a young one to help you put them up. After a couple of years training and building trust you could pay the one to put them up on their own.
  8. I wonder why Amazon has the delay. We just got ours set up. I was wondering were to keep them and then thought, I guess we can put them anywhere. It's not like we are going to lose them. 😂 I now need to figure out how long the batteries last and if we should take them out between trips.
  9. Before leaving for Christmas I covered my garlic with concerns with the temperature dropping below zero. Yesterday the temperature was 75°. With the warm weather the garlic is popping out. They are actually looking to big. Now we have another cold front rolling through.
  10. We wanted to order Airtags before our next cruise. I looked at Amazon Prime and it said I wouldn't get them until the 25th. To late. I then checked out Walmart. I ordered them Monday and they cam in yesterday! Same price. Glad I checked there.
  11. I have an app that tries to find stuff by searching for similar pics. I found the following. I tried to find it on the Walmart website but it is not there anymore.
  12. That is what I am finding, a Seder plate. Here is a link that shows a very simular one on Pinterest. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/10625749095278461/?source=samsung_camera&oe=1
  13. Thanks for sharing. That is really cool. Seeing the last pic reminds me of my high school days. My neighbor was building a full size double winged airplane.
  14. We visited Alaska for our 1st time last May. We cruised from Seattle. 1st Juneau We did a whale watch excursion. Seeing a few whales break the surface was OK but I liked the scenery much more. I do not want to do that excursion again. Afterwards we enjoyed walking around town. 2nd Skagway This was a great visit. There are a lot of trails to hike. After researching we decided to do the Yakutania Point Park. It was beautiful. After spending time there we walked the town. We visited Klondike Doughboy. Taste great! We ate at the Skagway Brewing Co. The food is great. Here is one website to give you an idea of what trials are available. https://www.nps.gov/klgo/planyourvisit/hiking.htm 3rd Sitka Here we walked to the Sitka Historical Park. There was good scenery walking there. Once at the park we walked the trails that were loaded with cool looking totem poles. The trees were tall and beautiful. The river that runs through it is nice and we got to view a few bald eagles. From the Park we visited the Alaska Raptor Center. It cost a little but worth it. Next we walked through the town. It was a great day. 4th Victoria We did an excursion to a so called castle. It was a neat one and done but I was expecting more. I have to say I enjoyed the ports we did on our own more than the ones we did excursions. Yes, you can miss stuff when you skip excursions but you will miss just as much doing them. Take the time to research each port and you will find plenty to take in. A word of advice, get in shape as much as you can before you go. You will be walking several miles at each port.
  15. Thanks for taking the time Andrew. Great review from one of my favorite ships. I have to say though, where are the pics of y'all going down the water slides on the ship ? Have fun on the Bella cruise. The group review will be great.
  16. As said you can check out the app to get an idea. The app shows next week Giovanni's and The Mason Jar will be open for lunch and it looks like all open for diner.
  17. Here is a sight that shows when various Samsung phones would be updated. It said mine was supposed to be November. It might be I just didn't notice it until this week. https://www.theverge.com/2022/10/26/23424170/android-13-update-samsung-release-schedule
  18. After getting no response from the CC help board I tried to find a way to contact Samsung and let them know the browser was not working. I was about to give up but found a way to text. It ended up being an automated response. What is surprising me is how well the new browser is predicting the next word I want to text. I am about totally sold on the new keyboard. What I was missing from the last keyboard was the ability to hold down a letter and get a choice of ąćcéñťèð letters. I was able to get it back by changing some keyboard settings.
  19. If both of you are diamond you will have two 24 hour sessions. If you start using it in the afternoon then you can use it the next morning. Share it and you'll have 4 1/2 days. If one gets a plan you can both share one plan or one can use both 24 hour plans. On our last cruise we were able to give both of our 24 hours to a solo cruiser by going to It.
