Gloria I doubt you will have any issues. If its not resolved by boarding they have a specal line at the Customer Service desk, or they use to, that handles all suite issues. We have used them and they resolved all our issues. You can also call them from your stateroom.

I know nothing about getting my hair colored but a friend had a color and style, many years ago and her hair got fried from the color job. Might be best to have your color done before you leave as mentioned above.

I'm going to guess that as long as us older generation is around or they make bigger screens on IPhones the Paper Patter willl be around for a long time to come. When we were there they did not let us off near downtown. I remember a pier and about a 10 to 15 minutes walk along the water to get to Cannery Row and the Aquarium.

They have to keep to the tunnel schedule. I believe the buses leave at 8:45 am. If you haven't already check the independent buses. Same as the Princess transfer and cheaper.

LOL At my age I always feel a bit foolish. We were in Mexico. Who knew. But yes wore more cloths in the stateroom then outside. Love Window Suites and hope they fixed the problem when it went into dry dock. They knew there was a problem and they would/could not do anything. At the end of the day they gave us compensation. Didn't ask for it. Just wanted some heat but we delt with it. Still love the Grand.

Would love to be a fly on the wall of F305. We had the cabin in March and we had NO heat. We froze to death.

OP just my 2 cents worth. Our favorite view of Alaska was our first trip to Alaska from Anchorage to Vancouver. There were multiple stops to see the glacers and fjords. Our last trip was round trip from Seattle with only one day of cruising the glacers. Unfortunately the day was cancelled due to fog. I would opt for the 11 day trip becuase you will see so much more . It would be a shame if you flew all that way to see Alaska and missed out on what I think is the best part of the cruise. The Glacers and fjords. Joe

Ask before you get into the cab if they accept credit cards. Last time we were there the cab we got did not accept them. Lucky, we had some pounds with us.
