Window Suite in March have air conditioner that would not turn off. Could not / would not fix it. Froze in the stateroom at night. Two thermostats did not work. Guess they were waiting for drydock. Other then that we enjoyed the ship. I guess it was cheaper for them to compensate us a few hundred dollars.

Are you an early sleeper? Depending on the group and volume level you might hear some music. Of course it does not go on all night but might be heard up to midnight. It's not blairing but ...

I have to cancel tomorrow's cruise, July 19th due to a positive PCR test. I called my travel agent, and she is canceling the cruise. I called Princess to find out about a refund. I called twice. I was told that I would have to go through AOM and file a claim. I did and they sent me a link. Now it gets a bit confusing. When I open the link, it looks like I have two options. One tab says FCC and the second tab says claim. By clicking FCC, they acknowledge that you are asking for credit only and no more information is required with an acknowledgement that they received it and it could take 3 to 4 weeks. If you click on claim, then this is where you must provide all medical paperwork and more. I believe this would be where you would file if you wanted cash back. We picked FCC and I hope I did this right. Just an FYI

Question. Who do you contact when you have to cancel when one tests positive. We booked through a travel agent. Can i also just call Princess direct tomorrow? Bummer

Sent an email with all information on it and attached pdf file of statement on Sunday night.. credit was posted 6 days later.

Could you tell us what the check in was like. Did it run smoothly? Long Lines? What time did they start check in? Any advise for those that have mobility issues. Thanks

Also stayed at the Premier Inn and agree it's a great location... Across the street from the mall. Clean, Basic, nice restaurant. One thing I found strange. They don't supply wash cloths in the rooms when we were there. Walking over to the mall to buy one. Easy taxi ride to port.

Could it be the type of cabin you are sailing in? Been cruising for 30 years never got a free bottle of wine unless it was from the travel agent.

Yes hard to believe. When you have been on Cruise Critic long enough you read it all. ☺️
