US dollars are the only notes accepted
Also onboard credit can be used

Generally not unless there is a medical issue involved
-
Or the other way to think about it is that the Captains Club discount means that you don’t really have to pay much attention to flash sale announcements

So if you do a B2B you cannot keep the same cabin?
You can if you book it that way

Not always for B2B?
No not always. I am currently on silhouette back back from the transatlantic to Norway. They were 300 back-to-back guests, we were told that we would overwhelm the dining room and the B2B were not invited to the lunch yesterday.
wow, they are having a special cocktail party for B2B passengers. Not quite a one-for-one experience but it is something.

If there is not a kettle, request one when sailing out of Southampton. If there is not a hairdryer, request one. And sailing out of Southampton, your drinks will include the gratuity.

To be complete, whenever lunch is served in the main dining room, it is always a limited menu and always limited hours

Our 5/26 cruise on Eclipse features this concierge class day 1 lunch. We are in Aqua. Does this apply to us?
No only to Concierge and Zenith and sometimes consecutive cruisers but not Aqua

It is my understanding that when ports are missed the cruise line refunds the port fees paid. In this case a sail by was missed and a port was substituted.
I do not wish to hijack this thread, but I wish to point out that the cruise line does not necessarily refund port fees for missed ports. It’s a complicated issue. Port fees go up and down. The fee for one port may go up. If another port is missed, that money might be applied to that increase rather than refunded. There are other complications which might come into it to, including the day you booked and your nationality.

As was mentioned earlier, you still have to do math for the 20% surcharge.
Unless there will be different menus for sailings out of Southampton, and I assume there will be. For those sailings, the price will be inclusive of the gratuity.

Oh, I think we all know that “2025” was a typo. But I’m confused about the “elevated” wine prices. They range from $5 to $23 on the menu you posted. Isn’t that the price over and above the $17 covered under PDP? If so, no math is needed.
Yes. That price is what would be paid. I think the decision was that if a glass of wine cost $27 they will list it as $10 so you don’t have to do the subtraction of 27-17.

@cruisestitch Firstly I assume you mean 2024 not 2025 and is this from the retreate sundaeck , where dinks hane never been free and only so if one has a premium package , or is it from the lounge / michaels club.
It actually looks like the origional cocktails list from the retreate sundeck, which just pre covid listed those cocktails and a couple more which were covered if the guest had a premium package and were a charge if the guest did not have. So if if this is from the sundeck then no change. As drinks on the sundeck have never been free and only covered if the guest has a package.
Big whoops on the date but this was NOT from the sundeck. It was the Retreat Lounge.
I will see if I can get the moderator to fix the date

Yes that water is potable

In the oceanview Café (Buffet), there are water dispensers. They ask that you not put your personal water bottles under the spigots. Instead, fill one of their glasses and then transfer to your water bottle. This avoids the possibility of having your water bottle touch the spigot and possibly contaminate it

Yes there are. I am on one this coming spring. It circles Japan and also visits one port in S. Korea. But there may not be much availability of cabins left at this time.
and there may not be any that only the Japan without that South Korea stop

I have sent the mid-cruise survey in to compliment specific workers and I have been told that one of the things they get are “scratchers”—-scratch-off cards that contain various rewards and gifts. One crewmember saw me later and said that he got extra Wi-Fi on his card.

I am currently on silhouette and I also have not seen a laundry bag special on this sailing.

And your analogy is applicable how??
The action on Costa was dangerous and uncalled for, do you know what and why the action in Hawaii even took place?
We have eyewitnesses posting here in Cruise Critic

I’m still confused. Say you have a Venetian number and you are going to cruise on Celebrity. What level would you be? What would it get you!
-
What would your Captain’s Club status have gotten you?
-
Since none of us know her, I’m not sure we can answer, but there are plenty of daily activities pages from Celebrity Cruises that you she can look at online and make a determination.

Many thanks!
